Hi guys and thanks for stopping by. I'm a single woman, mother of 2, grandmother to 1 young man,3 beautiful girls and another baby girl due any day now! I'm very family oriented (duh!) and spend time with them whenever I can. I love my sleepovers with the granddaughters and usually end up staying up way too late and listening to "The Beat". Its not my type of music but hey...you CAN dance to it! I listen to rock as a rule, don't like country too much,but can tolerate it. Its certainly not a deal breaker. I love music and play it too loud.....but old habits die hard. I've blown many a speaker and haven't learned from my mistakes.Oh well, better to be young at heart and a little foolish than a middle aged woman that sits at home and does nothing but crochet. Have I told you that I like to crochet? Its relaxing, creates warm blankies and keeps me out of trouble...sometimes. I don't drink as a rule, but when I do I break out into song and always make plans to go karaoking. It hasn't happened yet.....damn! I'm artsy by nature, I love to paint and draw.....a passion that I discovered 30 years ago. Now that my kids are on their own I have more time then ever to enjoy this. I dream of one day having my own little space....my own art studio.......... Lol. Seriously, a little room with a view an easel and a stool is all I need....(as long as you would be kind enough to drop in for a kiss now and then).My friends describe me as being down to earth, warm hearted, honest and genuine and very laid back (thanks Dad!) I've been told I have a wicked sense of humor and am very easy to get along with. I'm a lover not a fighter. I've never been married and don't necessarily need to be. I'm a fairly new empty nester and live alone with my 2 cats and my dog. They're awesome company, but not enough. I'm here looking to date, to have some fun, to hopefully find someone I enjoy being around. Perhaps I'll make a new friend, or find that someone special.
