I grew up skiing like a maniac and snowmobiling at mach speed (often the only girl ridin' with the boys). We used to build tree forts and run up mountains for fun (seriously!). Today, I have a lazy husky, a gimpy knee and I wheeze up the mountain but I still ski like a midwestern wind and snowmobile with the family.My family is fabulous... and shares my quirky sense of humor. I recently started a new job, enjoy my hobbies and want to keep trying new things and experiencing new places.) last summer.), went to a Nascar Race in Daytona, took my dog swimming every day (She got a leech! Yuck! (The cargo nets on the fifth course were nearly my undoing. Who knew it was so hard to climb up those things!)The music I listen to mimics my mood... rockin' beats to honky tonk to soft and classic... just no screaming please. Books I read range from action to romance to professional improvement.I love a good comedy... The hangover and Wedding Crashers are two of my favorites. And yes, a girl's gotta have a few chick flicks in her life. So, yes, I'm going to admit it up front... I have read all of the Twighlight books and seen the movies.Obviously from reading the above I am not a girly girl, although I do enjoy dressing up and going out. If I feel like putting on make up and jewelry I will - even if I know I am not going out anywhere. If I do not feel like it, I won't - even if I know I am going somewhere. Basically my motto is to be comfortable with who I am, whether I am dressed up, down or in costume. Hmmm... first date. Sushi. Seafood. Skiing. Miniature Golf (if I could switch my golf and my bowling scores, I might have a chance at winning!). OR: High ropes course. Walk in the park. Movie then coffee (I admit, I am not typically a coffee drinker, but a date can't just be a movie... And if I do have coffee make sure it is not highly caffeinated - I'll suddenly turn into an Olympic speed talker). Outdoor concert. Go Kart Racing. Thai. Not picky. I can have fun doing just about anything. I do draw the line at jumping out of a perfectly good plane though.

If you believe the same, we are off to a good start.-Being a positive person and smiling is a huge bonus.-Intelligent and thoughtful conversations are appreciative, and go a long way when getting to know someone.-If you like to wear high heals, or stilts to really boost you up vertically.
