I love spending time with my family and friends. A lot of changes have taken place in the last two years, and it has made me realize that life is too short, and it means nothing if you have no one to spend it with. She can not do a lot for herself, so I have put my life on hold and moved in to help take care of her. My father passed away in march, so she has no one but me. Ugh!! This is the worst part, but here goes! I am compassionate, witty, and passionate......I still believe that chivalry is NOT dead! I am a real "girly-girl", but also love my sneakers and comfy flannel PJ's! I love infants and the elderly....they're both so precious in their own ways!! Of course, communication and trust are important, but even at this age, I think chemistry is also a must! A relationship without appreciation and passion just doesn't feel right. I am a good listener, a loyal friend, and love to make people laugh! I have a quick wit and usually laugh when I'm nervous! Making people laugh has always served as my "safety valve" since I am actually quite shy. Truthfully, I am looking for a solid relationship, as well as a man of exceptional values who will nurture my son as well as our relationship. Sure....I love the beach, and dining out, and working out, as well as candlelight and a nice glass of wine! I feel the best when I dance, although I don't really dance anywhere other than my living room anymore!! I am a classically trained musician, (my bachelor degree is in music education) but absolutely love latin, R&B, soul, and classic disco. Not looking for 'games' or causal dating.
