This was the arrangement for purposes of them finishing high school at the time of our divorce 6 years ago. I really enjoy today's music. I listen to top 40 hit list but do enjoy most types except for heavy metal and heavy rock. I love to dance but do not get to do it enough!!! I am looking to meet someone who is sweet, well-groomed, nice smile (must smile a lot), even tempered, has goals in life, career-oriented, respectful, successful, generous, compromises, caring, nurturing, likes to cuddle, good kisser. After being married for 20 years and having been in a long-term relationship for 2 years post-divorce, I have learned that it takes time to get to know a person and one's self in relationships. God is first in my life and I know that He has a very special christian man that puts Him first in his life above all else as I do and that man also works for God..... its no longer a matter of me finding that christian man nor is it a matter of that man finding me..... its now a matter of God choosing "us" for "each other" and "leading us" to each other. I put my trust in the Lord and HE will bring His plan for us together.....God doesn't make mistakes and when you put your trust in Him....HE will deliver it ..... and you know it will be strong , beautiful and built to last.

Hello to those reading this. I love animals, nature, and doing relaxing things on weekends such as hiking or canoeing followed by eating at a local spot. Staying in and watching a great movie while snuggling on the sofa also never gets old. I like the city but I'm a country girl at heart. Other things that I like to do are going to places like flea markets, fairs, music festivals. Touring historic homes or sites are fun, or just walking up a street of nice or old homes - trying to decide which one I would pick if given the choice. As for myself, I seldom have a drink, and I am at a point in my life where I relish peace and peace of mind, and do not wish to get caught up in anyone else's "pity party" or 'new' wagon ride! I am proud of what I have accomplished thus far in my life, and prefer to keep my glass half full, life is too short to let others deplete you or rob you of your joy! I have tried to write this as kindly as possible, so hope no one takes offense.... I think Coffee, soft drinks or ICE CREAM is a great ice breaker when first meeting... that is pretty much as bold as I am in meeting. (Oh, and if you think McDonalds is a good place to meet I am probably NOT the gal for you! Ha Ha!) Maybe a quiet, hole in the wall place for lunch to talk and get to know one another as a first date, provided the first meeting went well. Frisbee? The Zoo? Maybe fishing or a bike ride on the 2nd date, the possibilities are endless.... True forgiveness as in letting go...not letting go for the moment then bringing all the offenses back up everytime that you have a disagreement that's not forgiveness that's keeping score. Life is too short to carry around all that baggage filled with every offense that has ever been committed against you let it go. Honesty and trust are very important to me and Trust is probably the most important ingredient in building an intimate relationship between a man and a woman. Actions speak louder than words. If you are a narcissist, negative, carry a long list, hard to please, a perfectionist or have a controlling personality move on by... please... I'm only interested in a true partnership because to me the best things in life aren't things. That being said I have a huge heart, love socializing, I love to boat and I love to travel & meet new people.I love to camp, and have a place year round where I leave my camper.I love to fish and I have my own tackle box. I am very outgoing and make friends easily. I love anything outdoors. Oh I'm a huge animal lover and I have dogs so if your not it's a dealbreaker for me.
