In a nutshell. I am a none smoker who has grown to enjoy quiet times and the slow life, having already done the fast lane. Like family, though I have a history of being remote and focus more on family than a large friend base. A trait I continue to work to improve. Life in the military is the excuse. One would say, I have few friends but more acquaintances, because of trust. However, when a friend calls and needs, there is usually a no-holds-barred response. Enjoy looking well-dressed. Have the belief, if one looks good everyone may think one is a rocket scientist or brain surgeon. Should one look like a soup sandwich, they could be a doctor and everyone would think they are homeless and a looser. Enjoy being comfortable and dress the best I can afford. This may be vain to some. Why stay at a motel six when I do not have too. When I entertain, I try to put my best foot forward. I want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. I don't do it often, but when I do... Don't care for arrogant or conceded individuals. Believe these traits are negative and I yield to a tone of humility, which I find virtuous. Always like learning new things and enjoy problem solving. Usually have trouble asking for help, but do know my limits. I will be a pest looking over ones shoulder trying to learn how to do it. Holidays are often a down time. I support them but would rather not celebrate and often overlook. In my past I found myself often working so others could enjoy the holiday with family because for one reason or another I could not. This became habit. But it can be a hit or miss because I will give from the heart not because I got to. Who am I looking for? I am looking for a woman, who likes me for me. She must be independent in her own right yet wants me close. She is loving, likes hugs and the passing kiss. She likes me to gaze at her, not so much in lust but in an admiring and caring way. She cares about herself as she cares about me. Is attractive, a class act, weather it is in jeans, shorts or a gown. Laughter is such a joy and to tease well she can give as much as she can take. She is confident yet humble and no need for jealousy, because there is no need to be. There is time to snuggle but she knows that I am hers and I am close whether there is not a word spoken. Never materialistic, but knows how to make it nice. Many will say it is a dream, but it is my dream.
