With all the people in So Cal, it's not easy to find you, my love. It's been said that when you least expect it, the person you love will show up. Maybe I should quit looking for you. It's not my nature to sit on my butt and let life just happen. I live it actively, so here I am on meetville. I don't work because I don't need the money, but I have a regular volunteer job and enjoy working out 5 days a week. I ride my ElliptiGO (Google Elliptigo. I just want to stay strong and healthy and I'm not a nutcase about it. I admit to being addicted to the ElliptiGO though, just like I used to love running, when my back was good with it. It's sometimes like flying like if you ever dream of flying. I do when I'm lucky. I've been having lots of fun with cars, specifically my Honda S***and Acura NSX, for the past 9 years, going to meets locally and across the country, even driving my S***three times to the east coast. I love to take photos and share them with my friends on internet sites. Streams and rivers in the mountains are really special to me but the ocean and walking along the beach works locally. I have my motorcycle license and a street-legal dirt bike (Kawasaki KLX 300R). I love my volunteer job in a hospital surgery waiting room, talking to families of surgery patients. It's never the same because the people are always different. I keep them up to date on what's happening with their loved one in surgery, while trying to help them get their minds on any thing else but their worries, while they wait for surgery to be over. It's really interesting to watch the connections the different people make. It's a challenge to talk to carefully talk to the people to try to help get their minds off their nervous worries. I have a 25 year-old daughter and 24 year-old son, and I adore them both and am very proud of them and that they graduated college. My ***BS degree is in Physics, with a Math minor and it got me into Flight Test Data Analysis for cruise missiles, before I quit to be an at-home mom. I have a creative side too. I like to make stained glass projects but usually get my creative fix by taking photos and Photo Shopping them a bit. On XM radio I listen to The Pulse, The Blend, and sometimes listen to The Highway (Country), along with the 70's and 80's. I am hoping to find someone honest, loyal, trustworthy, outdoorsy, and kind-hearted, who I respect, and cherish, and who feels the same way about me. Since I like cars and the friends I've made are important to me, I hope he likes cars too, or at least has no problem with my interest in them and wants to join me on group drives and meets sometimes. I really like road trips and would love to explore new places with my honey. I've got a fresh passport with out a single stamp on it. I don't need to leave the country to see new areas but if you do, I'm ready. I know we're here for the same reason. We human beings NEED love. Life to me is about learning all the time, sometimes more intensely than other times, but love is what makes us truly alive and lets us feel the spark of God. I'd like to head over to the beach to talk and get to know each other, assuming we both live near the beach. Sitting by the surfs edge, low-key, and having a cup of coffee, or an adult beverage. Otherwise, an outdoor setting of some sort, just for starters.
