Have a heart of gold, honest to great depths and practice integrity that has been engraved from early military days. Also, have enjoyed my travels to Europe for work and visiting relatives and really like experiencing other cultures. Hope to go back again soon.I have three college degrees and I want a man with a solid education so that we will have more interests together. I've had many professions from Sales and Marketing, Military and Montessori teaching. I've been a successful woman and I feel I've had many more opportunities than the average person. I feel very blessed.I'm working very hard at quitting smoking. I'm taking classes and I'm using all the resources available to me to make a great effort. I hate it that I'm a smoker and I would prefer to date a non-smoker as this would definitely add to my motivation.Refined social skills--communications +--and always try to have good manners. Enjoys exquisite food, boating, fishing, cooking, surprises... and much more. VERY young 50... no children, but like them very much and would welcome them in my life.Read too many story books when I was little and still believe in a Knight in Shining Armor.... and Price Charming, but then again, they have existed in my family.     This is the part where I tell you something about me and what I'm looking for, so here goes, this might get long. I drive a little car which was a present to myself when my youngest finally flew the coop. I call it my Barbie car and I love driving with the top down and the music blaring, it helps me clear my head. I enjoy getting out and seeing new things and trying new things. I'm game for most anything, exception: jumping out of perfectly good aircraft, just not going to happen. I especially love to travel. I spent 6 years living in Europe and hope to return some day. Relationships have to be built and worked on, it's like owning a house, there are always repairs that need to be made and you have to work on them to keep your house in working order. Same goes for relationships, they are work and the benefits of the work can be great.I'm looking for a man that I am physically attracted to. In order to have a good relationship you have to be physically attracted to each other. Next, he must be confident but not arrogant. There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance but once you cross it, all bets are off. I would like to meet someone who has goals in life and moves forward to meet those goals. He must be outgoing and love to live life. I don't want to spend all my time watching the television and sitting around the house. That's fine some of the time, but there is so much more to life than that. He also needs to be able to make time for me. Having a job is good and important but if your job takes up all of your time then you are living. Honesty is very very very important to me. I don't keep secrets unless they are for surprises and I'd expect the same courtesy from the man in my life. What a journey!I enjoy working outdoors in my yard, gardening, refinishing furniture, plays,movies,live music, (symphony, piano, jazz, classic rock, big band era, ect.).I love to read, growing as an individual and learning new things! I like to dance..although not very goodat it; laughter, and happy conversations with friends or family, and meals together! Its easy to enjoy doing just about anything really....as long as it iswith people I like being with...or for a good cause.A romantic hope-filled soul...and love bringing happiness to my companion.Relationships are powerful and essential.     I love to just pick a spot and go.you could call me spontaneous.in an adventurous way.nothing to crazy.I'm not as young as I use to be.I was a over the road truck driver for about for years.loved it!!!
