About Me

This is the part where I tell you something about me and what I'm looking for, so here goes, this might get long. I drive a little car which was a present to myself when my youngest finally flew the coop. I call it my Barbie car and I love driving with the top down and the music blaring, it helps me clear my head. I enjoy getting out and seeing new things and trying new things. I'm game for most anything, exception: jumping out of perfectly good aircraft, just not going to happen. I especially love to travel. I spent 6 years living in Europe and hope to return some day. I'm not looking to settle this time. I know what I am looking for and what I want in a relationship. I also know I don't want to move to fast. Relationships have to be built and worked on, it's like owning a house, there are always repairs that need to be made and you have to work on them to keep your house in working order. Same goes for relationships, they are work and the benefits of the work can be great.I'm looking for a man that I am physically attracted to. In order to have a good relationship you have to be physically attracted to each other. Next, he must be confident but not arrogant. There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance but once you cross it, all bets are off. I would like to meet someone who has goals in life and moves forward to meet those goals. He must be outgoing and love to live life. I don't want to spend all my time watching the television and sitting around the house. That's fine some of the time, but there is so much more to life than that. He also needs to be able to make time for me. Having a job is good and important but if your job takes up all of your time then you are living. Honesty is very very very important to me. I don't keep secrets unless they are for surprises and I'd expect the same courtesy from the man in my life.     I'm a fun, successful, independent, open-minded mom that loves life and wants to have fun and enjoy it. A month spent living on a sailboat in La Paz, MX...I got quite an education, I learned how to plumb a toilet, do some electrical work, ask a lot of questions about diesel engines...but I also got to spend time learning about the wind and sails and how to steer the boat...although I found myself in some touchy and risky situations, I came out smelling like a rose, even if I didn't feel like I had any nerves left (I'm a tough and determined woman). I don't think there are any words to describe the experience...the beauty of what I saw. I snorkeled for the first time in my life and I am still amazed at the beauty of what I have seen...every beach I went to was different and just as beautiful as the last in its own way (although I do have my favorite)...all by myself. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. Now...it's time for my next adventure...could that include you???..any ideas for me???
