Hello, Where to start.....I have been on and off this site a couple of times. I have met some interesting people on here but still looking for the right connection. My friends and family think of me as a caring person who has lots to give, good listener and always willing to help out. I enjoy being outside whether it is at the cottage or camping in the summer (can't seem to find the time though), or snowshoeing and skating on the canal in the winter. I do enjoy good food whether its a new restaurant or a home cooked meal (ill bring the wine and dessert). I have a good job that pays the bills and gives me time to do the things I love like working on my house or experiencing new things.What am I looking for in a man.... I never though I would be the person who would be picky about what a person looks like but I prefer someone who is on the athletic side as I do enjoy working out whether it be at the gym or heading out for a hike. I also took up running this year so I am looking for someone who enjoys going for a run and staying active. Okay a little on the serious side now....beware it might scare a few people. I am looking to have children one of these days so if this is not what you are looking for please move along. I know the options are there to go it alone but it would be nice to have someone to share the experience with. Got to be honest. Good luck to everyone hope you find your match. Well here goes with the long-winded version...I am an emotionally stable, intelligent mother and student. I am currently working through my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology for social work. I am a very self-aware person and have realized that I am extremely empathetic with a great amount of passion for many things including helping people to achieve what they are truly working towards. I enjoy raising my girls and cherish every moment as I watch them grow and change and become who they want to be. I am passionate about cooking and very much enjoy creating my own spin on dishes. I am an avid fan of zombies (everyone is a little crazy) and generally you will find me listening to heavy metal and watching horror movies. Then again you may find me watching comedy and listening to Mozart. I am sarcastic which is generally quite fun, although my 5 year old is quite sarcastic herself and the jury is out as to whether I will spend most of my time in school in meetings since she is often quicker with the comebacks than I am (the student has somewhat surpassed the teacher). My teen is also sarcastic but I think that is more of a teen thing as I have ceased to be cool. I enjoy a variety of things but good conversation is the most important. I enjoy people who can keep up with me and challenge me. I may be a bit stubborn to admit I am wrong, but if you know and can prove that you are right then you will win. :-) I do not have a particular 'type' of person that I am looking for. No matter how many times people say it, it still holds true that the real beauty in a person is what is felt, not what is seen. Honesty and responsibility are big for me. I do ask that people be adults on here.
