Updated! I am a girl that loves adventure and fun but have a serious side when it comes to work. I have a motorcycle and enjoy going on day trips and stopping to hike or check out a new area. I am not a "biker chick". I love to ride because of the freedom and connection of experiencing something more with my surroundings. If you don't ride it's okay and I'm sure if you've ever driven a fast car, surfed, went diving, rode a horse or just sat in the middle of a forest and listened then you may know what I mean by feeling something more. I like to try new things and am forever learning. I base a lot on the body and mind staying fit.I do not smoke or do drugs and don't want either in my life. I love most music. I really enjoy going to shows/concerts. Everything from hard core to classical are in my range. I can say the only real exception is hard rap, it's just not my thing.I am also a fan of art and the theater; I appreciate what people put into expressing themselves and find it interesting to see how other people express what's in their minds.While I enjoy dressing up for a formal night out once in a while I prefer a pair of jeans and the outdoors most of the time. I have no problem playing in the mud. I just started doing the obstacle runs last year and was hooked. I love the outdoors and staying fit! I try to eat healthy and work out to stay in shape but pizza/wings and a beer might happen sometimes, lol I also make it a point to learn new things. I think keeping the body and mind fit are both important. If you don't feel both are important move on because, this may be harsh but, I will.Softer side: And who doesn't also think nights in snuggling and watching a good movie are great! I am not a chick flick girl (some are okay but really I'm not a girly girl) I like horror, suspense, action/thrillers and comedy.... Laughter is a must but I like getting scared too!All in all I have been told my interests are quite diverse but I have to say I love it that way!This is long and wordy and if you made it to here I hope it's because you liked what you were reading or at least got a good laugh. I enjoy being active whether it is exercise, running, sports with the kids or a house projects (inside and out). I consider myself easy going and independent, but cannot resist being taken care of (and taking care of others). I enjoy my career, as it offers me a balance of problem solving, challenges, and the excitement of growing a business. Plus I get the flexibility to leave early and take days off. I've always loved the lake and am looking forward to spending more than a week out of the summer there. Plus, my jet ski needs more use! I've also done a little bit of traveling, but not nearly enough. I like all kinds of music, but not really country (not sure why, but it could be the underlying stories that I can not relate to). I enjoy eating out and have now ventured into the sushi world, though I really only have one toe in the water so to speak (not so sure about all the raw fish). My kids are very important to me, but this does not mean that I spend every waking moment with them either. I enjoy watching them play sports as well as coaching them. I could easily do without the personal chauffeur on my resume, but I guess it is pay back for all the places my parents had to take me. I would like to meet a down to earth guy with a great sense of humor who can make me laugh, someone who is honest and enjoys sports. Someone that enjoys family time, but someone who also values getting away. A Patriots fan would be a plus as well. Something casual where we can talk.
