About Me

I'm pretty much just a normal and average kind of guy and surely not over-the-top in the way I live my life. I have a college degree, I like my job, I work to live and not live to work. I'm pretty easy going and enjoy smiling and laughing until my cheeks hurt. I open doors for others and feel good about being polite. I've been told that I have a good sense of humor to; and I feed off of that. I'm in good physical shape, but I'm not obsessed with working out either; I mostly enjoy living an active life style. I usually try to eat pretty healthy food, but I wouldn't be normal if I feared a greasy burger or pizza or a huge bowl of ice cream now and then. My life isn’t too complicated; I enjoy dressing up for a nice dinner out and a couple drinks, or just enjoying a simple beer and burger at a corner bar. I still am grateful for all I have and still sort of see myself as a blue collar guy in a white collar job, and I feel blessed. I like to greet people with a "Good Morning" and a smile, and I roll up my sleeves and get the job done that I was asked to do, because that was how I was brought up. My work takes me to Chicago and into the loop occasionally, but home is north of the border in Wisconsin. I enjoy the big cities for all their worth, but find refuge and peace in a quieter environment. I enjoy just about any activity outdoors. I do chainsaw carving and wood sculptures for a hobby. I love biking in the early sunny morning, hiking the rocky Dells area, kayaking clean rivers and lakes, snowmobiling and skiing, and just walking and talking through a nice park. I’m looking for someone who loves life and wakes up thankful and feels blessed and is generally happy.Something active, fun, and thought provoking. How about taking a nice walk somewhere, even indoors if the weather isn't great, a mall, indoor or outdoor mini golf, or just a drink or a bite to eat is fine to start with to. A meet and greet, or a date, is all about fun and shouldn't be interrogation, or an interview. Hopefully we'll find each other.

    After the last few years dating from this site, I have come to the conclusion women are intimidated of my lifestyle.Surely the female population doesn't think I expect them to compete or even take part in some of the sports or interests I do.I doubt most women realise such drive and focus could be channeled else where in my lifestyle.eg. relationship!!Not all of us seek to experience new things or are goal orientated...ever think that's why one is always trying to improve oneself or learn...such character traits my even prove to be an asset in one's occupation...henceforth the job security.In general the female population red flags I work a 5 week on/off rotation overseas as in paid holiday....a gig that just doesn't happen every day.Point being I am an unusual creature..I get that.What I am not is a cheater,player or unemployed,dispectful to women.short non-athletic,bad dancer or kisser for the record or lounge lizardIn addition to a home owner and have sponsored foster children for decades...the package is far more balanced than the majority of the male popuilation I hear exists on this site.For the record my biggest fault is that I was never married it seems...NEWS FLASH LADIES...my fiance died in a plane crash years ago...so it's not that I have a disease or am gay...with all the DO'S and DON'TS some women set thier sights for could it be concievable while most people were going thru thier 2nd marriages and taking a 2nd mogage to put thier children thru school....some of us were out there living the life I never have to dream about because I for one did it.The end product is where I am today working a 5 week roatation out of Brasil..living in the lower mainland on my time off re salary ..paid time off.So yes..I am gulity ..I am not working in the rat race to listen to all the cheaters and how tired women are of the local male population.My recommendation for a no miss result...get off the keyboard and get out there...no you might not find the love of your life but you will no longer be part of the this web site...JUST DO IT.There...I feel much better...many thanks for reading this and sincerely wish you all the best...I have sent 43 contacts and two replies...rest viewed me...I can never wait to go back to Brasil in 4 weeks.Enjoy the ride LadiesA good meal with awesome location ....conversation would include reviewing where we are going in life and how the goals will be reached and what floats your boat ;-0,,maybe paragliding,or I will teach you how to shoot a sniper's rifle...the world is our's.I'm not in the bar scene.....but a good bottle of wine might open up the conversation.

    Hows everyone this fine day? I am writing this about ***miles north of the south pole. Im not currently available to meet anyone for coffee or anything.
