About Me

I am open minded and willing to give this online thing a try. I live in the NW burbs and would enjoy finding someone near me to spend some time with, get to know and see where things go. I try to be a pretty active person and enjoy just about anything that can get me outdoors. I enjoy the summers warm weather and would enjoy finding a lovely woman to spend some time with. I am not a big winter person but I can still enjoy a walk in a snowstorm. I look forward to getting past winter and seeing the blooming flowers and green grass. In the summer I enjoy working around the house, on the yard, in the gardens as much as getting out on the boat for a day on the water. Fests, good music and good food are also a favorite of mine. A good bike ride is also something to enjoy.Maybe I should not mention this but one is the lonliest number and I am tired of being one person. I look forward to being a couple and not being "one". I am not the proverbial serial dater. That being said, I do realize you have to go on dates to meet the right one and that is what I am here for. I am not looking for a string of dates just a quality one that may lead to friendship and more, after all isn't a friendship the best basis for a relationship?
