Staying active is a big part of my life and I also like to cook and eat healthy. As much as I like the winter in the mountains I love the sand & surf of the tropics. Life is all about a balance between work and happiness, family is a big part as I do think the world of them all. I do have a lot of time off so it allows me to do many things from traveling to going for long rides on my motor bike.
