About Me

I've just recently moved back to the area after living out west and abroad for the past 20 years... ummm ... underwhelming when you're by yourself. Hoping to meet someone to hang with, rediscover the area, and if we click, build a relationship.As I'm sure you know, this is the difficult part - talking about yourself. So I'll lay down the basics, and if you want to know more, just ask. I have some hobbies, which unfortunately I don't get to do nearly as often as I would like. I'm an avid scuba diver, love to golf, play guitar, listen to music, and can easily get lost for days in a good book. I'm currently reading Roadside Picnic by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky. I just started, but so far it's fantastic. Of course, movies and television are cool too, but I have to admit I can be a little picky with those things. I enjoy going out, but I don't feel the need to be out every weekend - often a bottle of wine, a good movie, a comfortable couch, and great company are all that I need for a nice evening. Most anything is fine, so long as it gives us a chance to talk and get acquainted.
