About Me

I chose to put on here that I am looking to 'Date', but what I mean, is it has to start somewhere ...Taking things slow is a far smarter choice then putting things in 5th gear. It takes some time to get to really know someone. I believe very much to live in the present, not dwelling on the past and not always looking into the future. There has to be a STRONG chemistry and a desire to seek all paths of intrigue and passion to keep the things exciting and interesting, with loads of off the cuff laughter!! .....A witty sense of humour is a must, but great communication keeps things moving in the right direction.. Balance on both sides is a must to make things fit I love the outdoors and am probably out more than inside. Once Spring comes, I rarely see the inside of the house. I love to garden and I'm constantly changing both inside and outside of my home. I have traveled quite extensively in Europe and lived overseas for some time. I still would love to do more traveling, so much more to see! I'm happiest around my children and love that they fill the house with 'life'. I adore my dog and love going for long walks on a gorgeous sunny day. I'm a city girl, but love long drives through quiet, open country. I find up north peaceful and try and get up as much as I can. No people watching there, just the lake and all nature's beauty, that is relaxing for me!FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:When you feel beautiful, it comes from that vibe that says you feel good in your skin and are grounded. Romantic and old fashion, extra points for knowing how to open doors and pull chairs out. Super bonus points if you know massage, as I just melt with them. First dates are always hard to do. Sometimes I just cringe at the thought of them. I wish there was a way to just skip the first date thing...but oh well....first dates for us women are usually in a well lite place with lots of people. Spend just enough time together to see if you have something in common and feel at ease. Some of my best first dates have been a hockey game. Cheering for the team was relaxing, and at the end could tell if a second date was welcomed.A great first date would be something like lunch somewhere nice, an activity, and then some down time to talk.

Like animals, and being outside... well I guess thats good for now, will add more later...maybe ;-p the first date should be short, that way if we are not feeling it we go our different ways..... OR, a dinner and a movie, the movie first, then if you still want to keep the date going, dinner, that way if your not sure how to get the conversation started, talk about the movie, then just keep it going.,,...So come on what are you waiting for????
