when it comes to music i really do enjoy alll music....just depends on my mood!!!! bob seger is probably a go to favorite though!! I love today's pop stuff to work out to! i enjoy watching all kinds of sports...partial to soccer and softball because my girls played. personally like playing volleyball...hard court, sand or mud!!! i enjoy working out!!! love the adrenaline boost of working up a good sweat! i consider myself a work in progress!!
