About Me

Thanks for reading my profile....I am looking for someone who likes to have fun, someone not afraid to try new things. I am a professional woman, and love my career. I work long hours, but have a lot of time off and would like to meet someone to share that time with. I am looking for someone who knows how to treat others with respect. I like soaking in the sun, reading, concerts, live sports, trying new restaurants, biking, tennis, hiking, just about everything....I am not attracted to overweight men, ***lbs overweight is not "average body type!!") unemployed men, or heavy drinkers...If you are interested in knowing more, send me an ***!!I am not interested in endless ***, I prefer to meet someone rather than waste hours *** and forth, only to find out that when you meet, there is no physical attraction at all (this may sound shallow, but physical attraction is a "must"!) If you are interested in meeting...let me know...send me an *** won't respond to the "meet me" feature, too generic...sorry....Please have recent photos. I will notice if you are 10yrs older and 30lbs heavier...

I'm constantly bewildered by the cruel joke of heterosexuality. Why am I drawn to and attracted to the opposite sex when it appears that everything about us is, indeed, opposite? It seems that men are more suited to living with men, and women with women. So why are we trying to fit a square peg into a round hole (please pardon the pun as I believe I've just answered my own question while philosophizing). I am sort of a walking contradiction in that I love people but am sort of a loner. I'm a little bit country, but I'm also a little bit rock 'n' roll. I love to go for a long hike in the woods with my dogs, but when I get home I might blast some Radiohead or Pink Floyd... or Johnny Cash. Then there's big band music! So much to choose from...I like social gatherings but I'm more likely to enjoy doing something productive. Most of my hobbies entail solitude. Things like painting, writing (screenplays mostly), hiking, biking, hanging out with my dogs. Very dedicated to my dysfunctional family, as well. I'm not a huge fan of television but do like public TV and a few cable shows like "Curb Your Enthusiasm." I could watch that show for hours. Also like Mad Men and a guilty pleasure is "The Bachelor". I can be too serious/cynical about life sometimes but when my mind is free from worrying about my family, my friends and the planet, I can be a hell of a lot of fun! I love to laugh but I also can appreciate a peaceful Sunday morning drinking coffee, listening to music and reading the paper. (One stripper said that a raisin was once originally a pickle--I'm sorry, it's cruel but it makes me feel better about myself!) I'm a pescatarian and would prefer someone that's not big on eating meat. Also would love someone who is outdoorsy and more of a homebody than an adventurer.I've been told I'm a gay man trapped in a woman's body. Maybe you should be a lesbian trapped in a man's body? First date should always be quick and painless, like ripping off a band-aid, just to see if there is chemistry. A quick dinner/drink or lunch is preferred. If we make it to the second date, I'd like to take a day trip to a city I've never been to before (provided I'm driving so you can't try to kidnap me, only to be seen again on milk cartons--Have you seen this girl?) and explore the local culture. Restaurants, shops, art museums, plays, etc. If the day goes well, the drive back home exchanging time on the iPods (which we'll bring on the first date, of course) should be titillating!

I would love to meet you for a walk in the park or drink. I am a medical assistant in a small Dr. Office. I love my job because I love to work with people. I have been there for 5 plus year and I also work at a retail store. I am very out going and enjoy just about anything. I love laughing and trying to make people laugh because without laughing life is boring. So lets start laughing together. I go camping and fishing and absolutely love it. I enjoy just about anything out doors. Sitting around and watching tv is not my thing. That doesn't mean I don't love to snuggle cause I am a snuggled and very affectionate person. So lets snuggle at the movies or at the park. I love to walk hand and hand with my man. My hopes is to find someone that enjoys the same things and I am always open on trying new activities. My lates adventure was zip lining I absolutely loved it and would do it again in a heart beat so let's go. Would be to meet for tea or just a drink of any kind to see if we connect.
