I'm a reader and a writer, active and inactive, patient and stubborn, rational and emotional, well-fed and hungry, certain and confused. I know my character is alright because most dogs and cats really like me. ;-)I finished grad school a couple years ago and am doing what I can to change the world. The journey has always been interesting.People usually notice that I use a wheelchair. And then, they may do a double-take and say, "Wow, she's hot!" heehee Maybe. I've always been interested in people, what they do, how they think. I like to hear the stories people need to tell and tell the stories people need to hear. I love spending time with people, reading good books, reminiscing with friends, going new places, and being outdoors. I'm trying to balance making the world a better place and enjoying what it is already.I understand that life can be complicated; and in response, I like to make simple what I can. I am blessed with good friends and family...and would love to add a good partner to the list of those people I adore. Although I have an independent nature, I thrive with companionship, am motivated by social life, and enjoy people who are comfortable both with conversation and with quiet. While I do not watch football the Wild Games are a completely different story......Traveling is a must.. I have given up warm weather vacations over the past few years and looking to get back on the track of escaping to warmer climates during the winter.... However, camping not my thing... sorry just not a fan of outhouses or tents....MUSIC??....I love to cook for those who I care about..
