So about me...I'm a 37 year old single mother of a beautiful well adjusted 14 year old daughter. She brightens my day and has certainly kept me going at times. I enjoy spending my free time watching my daughter on the Soccer field (as that is serious business, lol) going to the beach or laying by the pool. I also enjoy fishing which I don't get to do often. I am not high maintenance and can enjoy going out to dinner or staying in and cooking and watching a movie. I like my Nike shorts, 17th street t-shirts, hoodies and yoga pants...of course with my reef flip flops no matter what the season is. I do like to get dressed up here and there and feel cute or sexy. I like natural beauty. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and my hair is well…curly so there’s not but so much I can do there, lol. I don’t like to be the center of attention; I don’t feel the need to draw tons of attention to myself. When I go places I tend to focus on the people that I am with *** trying to draw attention from those I am not. I’m not big on hot spots or the bar scene as I prefer places where I can actually talk to and hear the people that I am with. I guess to some that could be boring but at this stage in my life I am past all of that.I asked my friends how they would describe me and they said I am funny, sarcastic, loyal, intense, impatient at times, happy, trustworthy, head strong and honest. I care deeply for my friends and family and will go above and beyond for them sometimes at the expense of myself. I figure your lucky enough in this life to have people truly love and care about you why not return it, we only live once so we may as well make the best of it :)I love listening to music, talking and reading trashy romance novels...a guilty pleasure for sure. I don't watch to much TV but that is usually because I have found a book more interesting. I like to stay up late even if it means I have a hard time getting up in the morning. I enjoy snuggling up for an afternoon nap on a cold and rainy day. I like to hop in the car for spur of the moment road trips. Its fun to be a tourist sometimes. I am not superficial I don't want someone who is all about material things. I am ready to meet someone who I feel like is excited to talk to me and get to know me. I want a happily ever after as corny as that may sound. I want someone to share life with. I am not the girl that you have to wonder what she is thinking or where you stand. I have a lot to offer someone who is truly interested and I hope that is in God’s plan for me. If not I will make the best of what I do have, but I am not ready to settle for being alone forever just yet. I am hoping to find someone that is honest, dependable, trustworthy and can keep up with me. I love to laugh so a good sense of humor and someone that can carry on a conversation is a big plus in my book. I don't always have a lot of free time but I will make time for the people that I care about and I will definitely make time for someone that could be a good match for me on here. Hmm...I actually am given a chance to talk about me, me and me. I guess I can start off with saying that I can be both very quiet and reserved and yet I can also be the center of attention. I'm not afraid to be a big goof and laugh at myself when I am with my friends and family but at work I am much more reserved and professional. I work with kids with special needs. It is very stressfull and emotionally draining but it is also so fulfilling. I am one of the most caring and giving people you will meet. I realy consider other peoples feelings and how my actions and words might affect others. Sometimes this is my downfall as I always give and never find people to give back..only take.My favorite place to go to is the ocean. There is nothing like laying in bed at night and hearing the sound of the waves crash and the smell of the salt water. I would love to go back and live by the ocean someday or at least travel and visit it ALL the time. I love camping, four- I love things that challenge me. I will try everything at least once. I was in the military for several years so I know how to get down and dirty and work hard. At work I have to dress up but I'm not a huge fan of it. I am a girl who loves her jeans and flip flops. Don't get me wrong..if you give me a reason to dress up I will rise to the occasion and dress to impress. talk...giggle..laugh
