My hope is to find someone to hang out and do things with, have great conversations and see more of the VA/DC/MD area in the process. If it turns into more, great! If not, nothing ventured, nothing gained! I am completely open to a relationship and commitment, but want someone in my life because they add to my life and I genuinely enjoy being around them. I love going to concerts, dancing, museums, amusement parks, the beach. Sometimes finding things that are an alternative to the "dinner and a movie" rut. My music tastes range all over the place. Lot's of 80's! I appreciate security but I am also spontaneous and a little impulsive. A sense of humor and intelligence are huge turn-ons for me :o) The kind of guy that I am looking for is someone who enjoys good conversation, learning new things and cares about other people. Perhaps a guy who knows great spots around the DC Metro area I haven't heard of or been to. I love to travel and have been to many countries in Europe, France, Austria and Luxembourg being my favorite. I think that finding something unusual or different that inspires conversation and allows us to be comfortable with little pressure. I'm not talking bungee-jumping, but maybe a museum, sports event, etc. Then a nice dinner, with more conversation. Getting to know each other in the beginning is crucial.
