So if you're looking for something normal...I just might be a decent bet. I consider myself reasonably intelligent with a sense of humor. I'm not too much of a girly girl, but still looking to be treated like a woman.This is my first time in a long time dating...bear with me; I'm new at this. I'm looking for friendship first and simply seeking someone to talk with who can carry a conversation. I'm a mom first and foremost to one increasingly independent child and have recently found my own independence. I've been enjoying my time with myself, friends and family and feel like it's time to start meeting some new people, I've learned I can stand on my own two feet and that's ok, but I'm not a hermit and would like to go out and interact and get to know someone.I can be shy at first, but once you've earned my trust I'll tell you whatever you want to know and openness and honesty are of great value to me.I like to hike, though nothing too crazy...I'm no mountain climber. I've been gainfully employed at the supervisory and managerial level in a male dominated industrial environment for nearly 15 years.
