I always thought I would never quit trying on here but I'm getting close. I've actually stopped sending e-mails so I have in effect taken a break. For whatever reason I'm not feeling the love towards me on here lately. I don't get it, but it is what it is. I look much better in person, and am a very kind, sincere, and honest person, so if you think you want to take a chance on me, then why not. If I'm not mistaken, I think that's why we're here.I always get to the positive side of things so I"m taking this experience as a necessary thing for me. It has toughened me up which I see as a good thing cause I used to be way too sensitive. It has also made me realize that I'm not guaranteed another shot at love. I also know that if I get that next chance, I will cherish it like no one has ever before.It's really simple. I'm looking for a kind person. Kind ***gentle, considerate, and benevolent. Also, very important! I think it's better to be kind than right, hopefully you do too. The most important thing to me is to value "the relationship". If you are hurting, it doesn't matter why or who caused it. At that point it's just important that I'm there for you and I can make you see that we are in, whatever it is, together. I would also need this in return. Someone I once e-mailed with on here said to me, something very profound. I wish everyone could read this: the idea that chemistry just pops is, to me, ridiculous. I mean, sexual attraction can be there right away, but that has little to do with two individuals liking each other due to character! VERY IMPORTANT! Leaving out an important fact about yourself is lying by omission, which is LYING! I once had the pleasure of having someone I was growing to really like, inform me a few weeks into our budding relationship, that she was into swinging/polyamory. Please, somebody, get me outta here. I'm going crazy in here. Actually, I'm honestly, a bit depressed lately. Been on my own for a long time now. I find that humor is the best medicine, so i try t take a lot of it on a daily basis. Food is really good too ;o) ..italian, chinese,thai..overall I like to eat healthy but will admit I have a sweet tooth. History,ancient cultures,good books and inspiring legacies. I have a good, sound relationship with God, I am more spiritual than religious. I don't push my views on anyone, if the light that is in me doesn't shine for others to see easily and naturally, am I living it? and not one of us is perfect..we all have work to do.....my baggage is packed but occaisionally falls down and if its not too messy, I'll clean it up, get rid of it or deal with it and store it away again. The way I see it is we live in the moment and work on life the best we can,be positive and keep growing. Whatever.life hands us we work through it..I have a good attitude and remember to be grateful...down to earth is what they call it.Us guys can be hopless romantics too.. I just want to be real here, not just try and sell myself. I admit, I have an emptiness in me, but that does not mean I havn't worked on myself ..OH yes I have and I am ready to find that one woman to Love and walk through this journey of life. Find a woman who likes to be healthy and likes to be a goof and be serious when we have to. I like all art and music if it appeals to me..;o) What makes me unique is there is only one of me(and much more to me)..I like to go to the gym with my son, he's a good workout partner...play tennis,some golf and riding my motorcycle up into the mountains. Camping, fishing and fine dining. I grew up on a horse ranch and went to college. My parents were from 2 sides of the tracks...interesting outcomb....How do you get to know someone if you don't spend some time with them?* On a 1st. date I think it is important to do something that doesn't distract too much from getting to know eachother. Simpy having coffee or a bite to eat is good. Meeting in a public place for the comfort of both parties. Maybe going to the Botanical Gardens( if you look close they grow pot there). But, there are exceptions and for that a show,concert or??
