This is my first time trying a dating website. I am looking for someone who is true to life, others and true to themselves. I am not looking to play games or just a one time hangout. Well there isn't a lot to say really. I like to travel, spend time with family, cook, have fun, joke around, and meet new people. I am attending college for Culinary Arts. I am a very faithful person who cares about people and will treat everyone with respect. When I'm with someone I'm with them for who they are and for what their personality is like. I trust everyone until they give my a reason not to. I like all different kinds of music. Some day I would like to get married and have kids. I have a niece and three nephews. They're great kids and babies. They crack me up! Although I don't get to see them as much as I would like considering they don't live in the same state as me. Also I don't mean to be mean but I am pretty honest. So if you are just looking for one thing only move on to someone else. I don't want to waste my time with that. My ideal first date would be dinner and a movie or just a relaxing night at home.

I've thoughtfully written this out, but this really is a "judge others based on their picture" sort of place... So thanks for actually reading! It's hard, since I don't fit well into a description box.Adventures: I've been to ***states and 8 countries (some more than once). I like camping and hiking and museums. I like places and items of cultural importance and natural beauty. I like trips to the mountains and beach and hiked in the local parks, too. Faith: I'm a church-going Christian. I believe in a loving God who welcomes all and I try and live my life that way. Books, Movies and Music: i can't live without my Kindle, Spotify and Netflix. I will read, watch or listen to anything that strikes my fancy. Somedays I run while listening to Sousa, or the Peatbog Faeries, or the NPR playlist for best workout songs ever. Mostly rock and classical with some country, some hipster, and some indefatigable choices (is Canadian folk rock a genre? Movies/TV.... Well, Sharktopus is one of my favorites, as is LOTR, Firefly, and NCIS. Other Things Of Varying Import:When I get bored, I start learning new things and taking on new challenges. Right now, I'm learning Spanish. I keep my place almost obsessively neat, but I never make the bed.I'm fairly certain my cat is possessed. I'm pretty much an introvert, I guess it really depends.... But I really don't sit still well, so I much prefer hiking or something active.
