About Me

I would love to meet someone who shares my passion for reading – a person of passions in particular.For me, the ideal relationship is one where we don’t bore each other. Not because we are biking around Europe or rafting down the Amazon (although I would love to do both those things!) but because we are observing life, laughing at it, sometimes dissecting it. I enjoy small things: going for a walk discovering a new writer, sharing coffee in the morning, laughing at some absurdity, watching a movie, or curled up with each other, hatching ideas. I moved to Oahu in February ***, and love the beauty of the island, as well as the people I have met who seem genuine and open to life experience. I especially enjoy hiking, being in or on the water (snorkeling or falling off a surf board), or just sitting outside on my lanai with a book. I care about my work, and am especially passionate about writing. I am trying to learn to meditate, and would like to take up yoga again soon.I'd like a partner I connect with intellectually -- that, and chemistry, are essential. I don’t care what you do (although very open to writers, academics, artists and adventurers), but I do care what you think. I am loyal, affectionate and fit -- and am looking for a the same in a partner.
