"I used to think the brain was the most important organ. Then I thought, look what's telling me that!"Hey. I am an ambitious, outgoing, sporty kinda gal! I have a career that I love and enjoy every day, and am always aspiring to learn more and be better at what I do. I am pretty passionate about my work, but not so passionate that I don't try to take off for a few months every year in pursuit of the most pristine beaches on the planet. I'm a watersport junkie-- scuba diving, surfing, SUPing, and hopefully soon kiteboarding! Wanna teach me?!Other than water sports, I enjoy a good long distance run, hike, or cycle, and am trying to get better at my newest hobby: mountain biking. And by better, I mean slightly less blood at the end of each ride. Yikes. I am a sucker for someone who can teach me something new (sports included), so if you're into something that's not on my list-- all the better! I'll put this out there right now though, I'm not too much of a skiier....been there, tried that several times. I am willing to try and get better, but just be warned that there may be copious cursing, yelling, and/or death threats. Just kidding about the last one! But seriously, I love the sun. Snow, not so much.Other than sports, I enjoy a nice night in with a book, movie, a few TED talks and a glass of wine...or beer. I think a day is wasted if I did not open a book and break a sweat. Family and friends are extremely important to me, and I am lucky enough to have an amazing assortment of both. I am an independent girl with a love for life.....but it's more fun when you can share it with someone!You: are happy....or travel the world. You love the outdoors, and don't think it would be weird to go running on our second date. You can teach me things, and are willing to be taught.     I'm contemplating getting rid of my page... It seems like there are very few serious people on here. I've 'seen' my share of guys on here without jobs, grown men without a vehicle, men that lie about having kids or having a girlfriend or EVEN having a wife.This disgusts me! Men who can't do what they say they will and their word means nothing is a HUGE turn off. Reliability is a great characteristic to have and it's very sexy to not be a flake or late all the time. Men don't leave a woman waiting, she just may move on from you and find something better in the time it takes you to learn to treat her as she deserves to be treated. Also, please don't waste my time and yours if you can't speak English and you have lousy spelling and grammar, this dries me right up! Most importantly, if you don't have faith in God I'm sorry please don't waste my time and yours. It's only realistic to date someone that has similar beliefs and values and finding a God fearing man is the MOST important thing on my list so if you have no faith in your life or Christ-like qualities like honesty, loyalty, compassion, etc I'm NOT interested. That being said, I'm not that picky after that, but, obviously a physical connection has to be there, that's human nature. I have a type, it may not be you but don't take it personal, everyone on Earth has different qualities and traits they find attractive. I don't always date my "type" either but I definitely have one. I enjoy the simple things in life and don't need to be at an expensive restaurant or club to have a good time. About me...I love going for walks in the river valley, visiting friends, going camping, and road trips. I keep busy with my job and staying active either outside or at the gym.
