About Me

I have a number of hobbies, many of which relate to my job (I'm a high school home ec. teacher). I love cooking and testing out new recipes, and exploring the city for fun new places to eat. I love walking. If it will take an hour or so on foot, I'm happy to set out with my Ipod and a book in my bag. I also love sewing and crafting, and making things for my friends.So as I said, I am a home ec. teacher. I graduated from UBC last year and am working as a substitute right now. Hopefully I'll be able to find a full-time job in the next year or so, so I can stay in this beautiful city. It changed my life as a teen, and I love being able to continue on working with them.Hmm... music. Well I listen to a lot of rock and alternative.; Sons, The Black Keys, Mother Mother...Okay!     I am quiet, and a bit of a home body but would love to find someone who would make my life more exciting. I work full time, and enjoy singing so am involved with a local choir.
