Hello Gentlemen,Wow! How does one stand out among so many wonderful and beautiful women on this site. I will attempt to do so by sharing with you a few of my desires and what I am looking for as well of some of my interest. I grew up in the country and learned to love the outdoors. I enjoy taking a hike up Multnomah Falls. The view up top is breath taking! Okay so is the hike for that matter. I would have to be honest and say, No. I grew up on the back of a horse and absolutely love riding. I don't own a horse of my own however, I dream of one day doing so. At the very least getting to ride more often. You may have gotten the impression I am just a simple country girl. That may be true for the most part. However there is the city girl side to me who loves to go to the Theater(movie and live). My all time favorite Play was Phantom of the Opera, with Wicked being a close second. With the wonderful weather we have here in the PNW I always have a back up movie to snuggle down with and watch. I love Action/Adventure, Drama, Comedies and especially disaster Flicks. I am a big Sci-Fi enthusiast. I like all music but Rap. Yes I am one of those Nickleback fans. lol Okay, so what you have here is a mix of an old fashion woman who loves to be treated like a lady and appreciates when you open my door for me. In return I would treat you with the respect you deserve. Although old fashion I am also independent and have learned to take care of most things myself. I would rather share life's tasks, joys and pleasures with that special some one. Recently I sat and pondered what I truly want in my life. Some thing that I dearly desire. Hi I hope you’re having a great day. So, about me, I am usually a little shy to start out but my friends don’t seem to think I’m shy at all. I’m an outdoorsy girl. I like gardening and I put in my first real vegetable garden this year. It’s been great! So far I have managed to supply all my own vegetables this summer with a few extras. I enjoy getting out and trying new things. My main conundrum in life is that I like being home working on projects and riding my horses as much as I like traveling so while it’s sometimes hard to get away I always enjoy getting out and about. I also enjoy bicycling, hiking, going to movies and trying out zipline courses when the opportunity presents itself. My current big adventure is an at home adventure hosting a foreign exchange student. I went to Turkey for a summer when I was in high school and I want to give back the experience of living abroad to someone else so for the time being I am a single mom with a teenager. I live on acreage along with my horses and a dog and cat. So, am I a dog person or a cat person? I’d have to say both. I’m a dog person when it’s nice out and I want to play fetch or go for a trail ride (my dog has enough fun for both of us when we get out on the trail). I’m a cat person when it’s rainy and I want to curl up next to the fire with a good book. Though with the right guy the book and cat could be replaced….. I like cooking and trying out new recipes. I especially like uncomplicated recipes with spices that are out of the ordinary (for me at least) and I have a couple favorites from Camaroon and Ethiopia. I am looking for a man who has similar interests and outlook on life balancing home life with adventure. Interested? A good first date would be to go for a walk around the lake downtown and stop in to a restaurant for a bite to eat.
