While I love Vegas, I'm starting to realize Its not really the type of place to meet people. :) I'm born and raised and come from a great family, and we're very close. My dad was military, met my mom in the Philippines, three months later they were married and have been together ever since. I'm career oriented, and looking for someone who's the same. I'm a very blunt and honest person and can't stand liars. I have an eight year old son, and he's awesome. We live on our own and my next big goal is to hopefully be purchasing our own house by February. I love high heels, dressing up, traveling, cooking. Here's the thing, I never date the same mistake twice. So, if I get the feeling that you're uneducated, unemployed, live with your parents, sent the same message to fifty girls, ("You are so beautiful, you're smile lights up my day.") or just an outright douchebag, you're gonna get blocked the **** out. This is just a last ditch effort, cause in this city there aren't a lot of places to meet people other than in a bar.Now, what I am looking for. Someone who wants to go places in life. Someone who likes kids, but doesn't have to be all about them all the time because that's not what life's about. I love my son and I'm both a mom and a dad to him, but life doesn't stop after kids. (my worst fear is being one of those overweight soccer moms that haven't combed their hair in a month.) I want someone who's not afraid of dealing with a little chaos once in a while, can handle being spontaneous, is NOT a picky eater and loves food. (because I do.) I tend to be free spirited and someone who can appreciate that but keep me grounded is a plus.Oh. I'm not shallow, but If I can control my diet/take care of my appearance I expect the same from whoever I potentially date. Trust me, I love food so much that if I could I'd be ***pounds. However, I think I like clothes and looking good just as much so I keep that sh*tin check, work out when warranted and keep my food binges to the weekends. So if I got your attention, lets see if you can get mine. By the way, I'm not going to be giving my number out right off the bat. So don't ask right away. Like I said, I've never met anyone on a dating site so this all still kinda freaks me out. :) Food and wine somewhere outdoors, where we can enjoy the beautiful Vegas nights. :)

I never really know what to say on these things....Let's start with what I love. I love to read! If I could get paid to read all day, that would be the most amazing thing ever. I've always got a book with me whether it be a paperback, on my Nook, or even on my phone. I will recommend that you read something I've enjoyed, so be prepared! I don't watch a lot of TV, it's just not my thing. However I do have a handful of shows that I must watch! I love Doctor Who and refuse to miss an episode! Music is a pretty huge part of my life. I used to play the saxophone and I've got 3 music related tattoos. I can't stand rap, hip hop and r&b. I love classic rock, bubble gum oldies, and alternative. Even if I don't like a song, I'll probably still sing it (curse you Ke$ha and Gotye!). I'm employed and love my job, even when it gets stressful. I do have a daughter. She is my everything and will come first. She currently lives with my mom but I see her as often as I can. If you're looking for a quick hook up or friends with benefits, you've come to the wrong woman. I refuse to stoop to that level. I am a big girl but I'm striving to live a healthy lifestyle. So far I'm doing better than I ever would have expected. If bigger women aren't your thing. that's cool with me. I'm comfortable with who I am and won't pass judgement. All I ask is that you not be rude about it. I like a man than is a little old fashioned when it comes to dating. Opening doors and not making a pass at me in the first 10 mins is a huge plus and will get you more points than you can possibly count! I hate the normal response of "dinner and a movie". While those are certainly things that I enjoy, be creative! I love doing new things and trying new foods. Take me to that restaurant you've been looking at trying but haven't had the chance to. Take me bowling even though I'm crap and can't ever find a ball that's light enough. Mini golf is always an option even though I miss 9 times out of 10. Hate doing these things? That's fine think of something you like to do and introduce me to that activity! You never know, I might enjoy it!
