I am an attractive woman with a love for the quieter things in life. I enjoy road trips, traveling (traveled the world but would now like a partner to share that with); I love to go on road trips and explore back side towns. I like the water, the snow (although I no longer ski), and having a lovely drink and appie by the water. I've had a very interesting life, having written a book, traveled the world, and enjoyed a wonderful career. I'm not rich but I can take care of myself financially and have no debts. I work my own hours and in my spare time I love to nest at home;*sob*). I am afraid of large dogs...and allergic to fur. My girl is a Malitpoo and has hair.I do love to relax by watching movies and television. I love to go out with my girlfriends and sing along at Karaoke (can't sing, just love to do it anyway). I also enjoy playing cards and some boardgames. My music preference is oldies, and oldie country. I also love Cuban music and the blues. Comedy clubs are the best place to enjoy an evening! I have a very small family but enough friends to keep me happy. I am not desperate to find Mr. Right...but would love to find a partner who shares some of my interests (although I sure don't need a duplicate me!). I've been told I am quirky (and I have my quirks!), have a great sense of humor, and am passionate about some social issues.I will close by saying that I hope to meet an honest, financially secure person, who carries no baggage from previous relationships.     Hello, I' m looking for that special someone who is open to meeting a cancer survivor with an apparent scarring from surgery. This is a lot to ask of someone anyone so I am being forward about it so there are no surprises or bs. Having survived cancer has given me a different outlook on life that's for sure. I like meeting new people who are not judgemental. I have hobbies such as camping and fishing going to movies and of course shopping lol. As for goals I think I made the biggest one and I'm above dirt so what more could I ask for....... My idea of a first date would be to meet somewhere for coffee or maybe a drink spend a bit of time together to see if there is an attraction, I don 't want to waste anyone's time that's for sure. If we find we would like to see each other again then we could make plans for a second meeting if we're both interested.
