Hi, thanks for looking at my updated profile... I am looking for a man that is sensitive to my needs and wants to grow with me, but also remains a strong individual. There are trips I would like to take and adventures I would like to experience with someone I love and who loves me. There are subjects I would like to study and would appreciate love and support and I would give it as well. I have a spiritual practice that includes yoga and meditation each morning and spriritual retreats.I have a road bike and ride the American River Parkway regularly for exercise.     I enjoy music, art the outdoors. And in saying that I also enjoy the solace of a warm fire and a nice glass a wine watching a great movie, or just cuddled up creating a new drawing.
