That's right...nothing ordinary about me or my life! Thought I would go ahead & throw that out there because if you are looking for an ordinary woman then keep looking because you won't find her here. What you will find is a honest & loving person who has survived more than her share of storms in life...but they have made me stronger & gave me a new perspective on my life & the world around me. I am a Christian but I am not religious. God is first in my life and I will stand by my faith. I now like the simple things & material things are just that... things & they can't make you happy. I'd rather spend my time with people I care about & living life & not just existing in it. I do have a 24 yr old son who I consider my greatest accomplishment. Don't worry guys I'm not bitter or angry...worked through all that (lol). People always say they don't have drama or want drama...well if you have lived at all you have baggage, it just depends on how you carry it. Well if you're still reading this I will tell you the things that interest me (lol). I love photography...its a passion of mine. I love music...it speaks to me in a way people can't. I love comedies & action movies...especially the kick butt ones. I love working out & lifting weights...it makes me feel better about being 46...lol. I try to eat healthy as much as possible...although I do indulge in dark chocolate daily. I like being around people who can make me laugh...& yes I can laugh at myself. I like to have fun and be adventurous and spontaneous...whether it's weekend trip or just for the day. Even though I've learned to go with the flow...I'm still picky about who I go with the flow with. So with that being said I'm not interested in one night stands or friends with benefits... I am interested in being friends first & take it from there. I'm not trying to be mean just being real with you. I believe if your'e not real you sell yourself short & deny others from knowing the real you. I take people for who they are & not so much for what they do. Sometimes what we do doesn't always define who we are. I know that at this moment it doesn't say who I am...that's still being discovered & sometimes its nice to have someone come along & join you on the journey. Sorry for the long profile but I write on the side so its hard sometimes to be short with words when it comes to writing...lol. Somewhere we could have a "get to know each other conversation" would be ideal...I'm pretty open to the where and you could even surprise me... lol

Happy and content with my life, I am looking for my special someone to share all that life has to offer. Attractiveness to me means a good sense of humor, easy going and having the ability to enjoy the simple things. I consider myself to be kindhearted, genuine, smart, funny and sincere. Animals have a big soft spot in my heart. I enjoy being creative/artistic,doing 'homey' types of projects and trying to keep it simple. Going out for dinner, a walk, seeing a play or movie are things I enjoy. Kindness and good communication would keep it. Professionally employed in a fulfilling career while pursuing some goals by furthering my education part time, I have my life on track, raised my family and would like to get to know a 'nice guy' in the hopes of establishing a long term, meaningful and loving relationship. Someone who appreciates life and believes that the small things mean the most. Common interests are important and I find intelligence and creativity very attractive. I would like to find a down to earth, easy going man with a good heart and a healthy sense of humor to spend time with I hope to find someone to enjoy life with and appreciate that great relationships grow from great friendships.Taking the dogs for a walk, Sunday morning coffee with some fresh home made muffins, watching a movie together or just spending a nice fall day cuddling - anything can be fun and romantic with the right person.-much more my style than hanging out at a mall or getting my nails done.I am learning how to roller blade(although it is currently more entertaining for my neighbors than it is for me) and enjoy going for bike rides and walks. My vacation plans for next year include a road trip to the coast to do some camping and whale watching. It would be so nice to have someone special to enjoy the trip with me.
