That's right...nothing ordinary about me or my life! Thought I would go ahead & throw that out there because if you are looking for an ordinary woman then keep looking because you won't find her here. What you will find is a honest & loving person who has survived more than her share of storms in life...but they have made me stronger & gave me a new perspective on my life & the world around me. I am a Christian but I am not religious. God is first in my life and I will stand by my faith. I now like the simple things & material things are just that... things & they can't make you happy. I'd rather spend my time with people I care about & living life & not just existing in it. I do have a 24 yr old son who I consider my greatest accomplishment. Don't worry guys I'm not bitter or angry...worked through all that (lol). People always say they don't have drama or want drama...well if you have lived at all you have baggage, it just depends on how you carry it. Well if you're still reading this I will tell you the things that interest me (lol). I love photography...its a passion of mine. I love music...it speaks to me in a way people can't. I love comedies & action movies...especially the kick butt ones. I love working out & lifting weights...it makes me feel better about being 46...lol. I try to eat healthy as much as possible...although I do indulge in dark chocolate daily. I like being around people who can make me laugh...& yes I can laugh at myself. I like to have fun and be adventurous and spontaneous...whether it's weekend trip or just for the day. Even though I've learned to go with the flow...I'm still picky about who I go with the flow with. So with that being said I'm not interested in one night stands or friends with benefits... I am interested in being friends first & take it from there. I'm not trying to be mean just being real with you. I believe if your'e not real you sell yourself short & deny others from knowing the real you. I take people for who they are & not so much for what they do. Sometimes what we do doesn't always define who we are. I know that at this moment it doesn't say who I am...that's still being discovered & sometimes its nice to have someone come along & join you on the journey. Sorry for the long profile but I write on the side so its hard sometimes to be short with words when it comes to writing...lol. Somewhere we could have a "get to know each other conversation" would be ideal...I'm pretty open to the where and you could even surprise me... lol

I'm just a happy go lucky country girl with a bit of a city flair to her that enjoys the simple things in life. A little about me: I like to dress up and go out (but not to bars, that's not my scene anymore) or I can be just as content with staying home and throwing something on the grill, then hanging out cuddled up on the couch with a good movie and good company. Weekend road trips are great...if there's no where in particular to go...just jump in the truck and take off...I love to travel! I enjoy the beach or lake, a cold beer while sitting in front of a warm campfire with friends, laughing and making the ones around me laugh. I like most all types of music...mostly country though, going to movies, a nice smelling man in crisp ironed clothes, seafood, tex-mex and fried chicken with sweet iced tea...you just can't beat it! And, yes guys, I do like sports...true to my Rangers, my Cowboys and my Longhorns...also love high school football. That's me in a nutshell, but certainly not everything there is to know about me...if you're interested in knowing more, let me know. Thanks for your time!
