My life has been a great adventure so far, and I’m ready for the next one. Are you? I am a divorced mom with two awesome kids (6 and 8). The thing I value most in life is being around fun, wonderful people. I am laid back and casual and would choose dinner with friends over a loud club every time. Things I have discovered:I have my own power tools and know how to use them but can’t give myself a hug. Food and laughter are much better when shared. Most things in life that I might view as negative have taught me great lessons and there are always silver linings. Being honest with myself about what presses my buttons and what makes me tick changes my whole perspective to something very positive. If you say you have no baggage, then I know you haven’t taken the time to look inside and taken the steps to become a great person. Communication is the key to success in nearly every relationship. I only surround myself with people who have mastered the skill of knowing when to speak their mind in an appropriate way, and knowing when to be quiet. I get much more of what I want in life by simply asking for it. I am a skeptic and eternal optimist at the same time. I think finding a love connection on a website is a really tall order and also believe that anything is possible. I believe the world is full of wonderful people. If you are one of them, then I am interested in meeting you. Perhaps we will become friends. Maybe someone to go have a beer with, catch a movie, or play cards. Perhaps nothing more; perhaps something more. Who knows?

    I'm a life-long Packers fan but didn't go to my first game at Lambeau Field until a few years ago. I'm also energetic, confident, compassionate, loyal, witty, playful, supportive, adventurous, perpetually optimistic, independent and more.... I volunteer twice/month in the critical care unit at a local hospital because it makes me feel connected to my community and reminds me that even the smallest acts of kindness can make all the difference. I enjoy most sports, particularly football! I have little or no tolerance for bad drivers, racists, narcissists, loud/disruptive/confrontational people, long lines and people who litter. I like to meet for a drink on the first date. Not coffee or tea - a drink, as in wine/beer/cocktail. I'm not a big drinker but I think a drink makes a first meet more relaxed.
