Hi!My friends would describe me as funny, adventurous, intelligent and kind. I'm also pretty down-to-earth and easy to be around.I have a great career in an industry I love and spend my spare time renovating my place, going to the gym (although not as frequently during the summer), spending time with my family and checking out new restaurants in my neighbourhood. I'd be lying if I didn't add that I enjoy patios in the summer and pubs in the winter....This summer I began a quest to master stand up paddle boarding and baseball. I am fully enjoying both and am obviously a natural. At both. HaHa. I'm here to meet someone who is looking for a friendship with the potential for something more. I am a recent breast cancer survivor and with that I have learned about what things in life are really important to me: a sense of humor, family, strong sense of self and someone who takes care of themselves. I am pretty active and enjoy running 5ks. While breast cancer slowed me down briefly it didn’t stop me. I am getting back into running and I look forward to trying other new activities. Disclaimer: I am not much of a cook but make a mean frozen pizza and don’t do the club scene as I’ve retired all of my spandex pants.
