I love to listen to all kinds of good music and hang out with friends. I am a true country girl. Pretty much anything that has to do with the outdoors I'm game. I am pretty much a home body. I don't go out alot but i LOVE to have friends over for BBQ some beer and a nice bonfire!!! I think I'm pretty laid back. I am open minded and very up front and open about what I think and feel. If you don't really want the truth, well don't ask me. I tried this site once before and had some luck, but he ended up being a player. I am not into playing head games or games of any kind. I am too old for that. High school was a long time ago!! And don't think that I'm just a booty call, cuz I am not!! And if that's all you want, keep looking! Lol I'm really easy to get along with and would do anything for friends. I expect to be treated with the same respect that I treat you with. If you screw me over, I'm done.Family means EVERYTHING to me! My kids will always come first in my life. They are all older, so I won't have them at home much longer! :( So every second with them means alot to me.     I am extremely happy with my life as it is now, yes it is very possibly to be happy single. I'm not your average girl, I can fix things around the house and yet still have my makeup, hair and nails done. Education is very important to me and I would like it to be just as important to the guy I'm with. I don't "need" a guy, but I would like to get to know someone and see where it goes.     I'm an elementary special education teacher and I love my job. I'm very passionate about the sport of ice hockey and usually play several times/week, mostly as a goalie. However, I also enjoy playing the Irish sport of hurling/camogie, so I try to balance my time between both sports. I love to laugh and enjoy comedy clubs, funny movies, and hanging out with friends. I love to play cards (euchre, poker, anything!), darts, Wii games, board/party games, etc. I like to read, too.Some of my favorite movies are: Boondock Saints, Slapshot, Miracle, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Snatch, Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels, The Hangover, etc.I'm definitely a dog person and currently have 2 dogs.I'm a pretty laid back person overall but I do generally like to stay busy. Sometimes I like to plan ahead while other times I enjoy being impulsive. I would love to do something like go to a hockey game or take my dogs on a walk along the canal downtown. I'm pretty openminded as long as we get a chance to talk and get to know each other. Something fun and competitive would be great, so putt-putt, bowling, tennis, etc. could make for an interesting first date.
