About Me

Last time around I wrote a long description about me and what I do. It obviously didn't get me to far, so this time I've decided to keep it short, sweet and to the point. If we're interested in talking to one another, then I will be glad to fill you in on all the little details about me :-)I'm originally from NY and moved to NC two years ago, as of September 5th. After two full years, I'm glad to finally be able to say that I like it here. I will however always miss home... my family, my friends and the life I left behind....yes I have an accent and yes it's very strong! lolI'm currently a CNA working full-time with seniors who have Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia... all while going to school part-time! I'm currently finishing up with pre requisite classes and applying for nursing school. If all goes well, I should be accepted by mid December and will finally be getting started in May ***. Seems like the longest journey, but I know it will all be worth it in the end!Needless to say, I have my hands full and have lots going on, hence why I'm on here looking for that special someone. I know this is a free dating website, so there tends to be a lot of men and women who are here for one thing. I'm not looking to play games. I would like to meet someone who can potentially be part of my future. I have nothing wrong with meeting new friends, if nothing else comes from it. A great first date or any date for that matter, doesn't have to be anything major and/or super expensive. I will however say that the movies is a terrible first date!! How can you possibly get to know someone when you can't talk to them? It's all about the connection. I'm very big on the little things. Money cannot buy small things that come from the heart... with that said, I'm up for anything. So surprise me! :-)

    I'm on here because I don't meet many new people day to day. I guess it says something when you've had most of the same friends for over a decade or so. Well, maybe a couple of tracks are ok. And screaming death-metal I can do without... most of the time. How come no one cares about the movies that I like? Huh, Form? I generally prefer comedies, but every once in a while serious stuff is ok too. And action movies. Especially if it's Bond. Drinks are always a good place to start.
