*** writing a story about "who I am", I figured some RANDOM FACTS about me would be more fun :***I am a single mother of 2 of the sweetest kiddos in the world. - I will NOT give out my phone number the first few times we chat. I love to try and help people out with their problems, but know that I am not perfect, and still need a good listener for myself from time to time. - My dad has been a DJ ever since I can remember. Luckily, I was raised to appreciate ALL KINDS of music, which is also a big part of my life :)- Staying in your PJ's all day on occasion is perfectly fine with me! - I can tear up some crab legs!! It's one of my favorite meals :***I'm a bigger sports fanatic than most men. I can almost bet that I can throw a football or baseball better than you... don't believe me? I can prove it. - I prefer texting than talking on the phone.- I like peanut butter on my waffles.- I have major back issues from sports growing up, and I choose to stretch and have therapy *** popping pills. - Many movies and tv shows have been filmed there. - If I'm cooking, it's really hard for me to cook WITH someone. I prefer to make up my masterpeice alone ;)- I have a very strong personality. I tend to be a little more independant these days, which I'm trying to work on letting other people help out. I'm still a work in progress :)- I'm the female version of Jim Carrey.- I'm very impatient, again... still trying to work on this! I cannot stand it when someone is late.***I'm not possessive or a jealous person. I believe in "personal space", and I think it's perfectly normal to enjoy a night out with your girls/guys every now and then. - I don't beat around the bush, and I express my feelings the moment I feel them. I usually do not hold anything back. - If I'm wrong, I have no problem admitting it. However, compromising is a big part in relationships. - I don't believe in singling the other person out in a relationship. It's always "we" in my opinion. (i.e: "Well my boyfriend has to work late, so we can't come. ****** will say, "Sorry, WE just can't make it this time." Or another scenario: "YOU need to try to do this better....." *** will say, "Can WE try to do it this way?"***I've lived and learned a lot from my past relationships. I pay a lot more attention to the person I'm dating/committed to. Everyone needs to be loved a different way, so I try to focus on how to make you feel important and appreciated. - I do not talk about my ex's unless you ask.- If you're familiar with "The 5 Love Languages", here is my order starting with most important first: Physical touch, quality time, words of affirmation, acts of service & gifts :***I'm kind of a homebody. I would rather stay at home and chill with you *** hitting up the town. HOWEVER, I do love to get dressed up every now and then! - I love a good Pinot Noir.- A dream vacation of mine is Bora Bora or New Zealand. - I'm pretty rebellious on a jet ski ;***I love the beach, but dislike the ocean. - I have a lot of freckles. - I've got 3 girlfriends that have been there with me since I was 13. We do take short trips together every year. - My mom and dad are still married, and I have a younger brother. - My family is huge, and we have numerous family reunions per year. - The past 7 years have been the hardest years of my life. - I love being spontaneous. Usually last minute plans are always the best ones :***Some of my favorite foods are: Crab Legs, Steak, Asian Cuisine, Chicken Wings, and Italian. I do NOT like eggs, milk or fish. - I'm extremely LOW MAINTENANCE and could care less about designer items. It all looks the same to me anyways. -- I don't ALWAYS act like a lady, but I know when to behave like one... Still here? Interested? Feel free to send me a message! I think the best moments in life are spent with the people you love, doing the things that make you smile. I believe everything happens for a reason and what's meant to be will be. I have been in Corporate America for 5 years and feel so lucky to work for an unbelievable company! I enjoy my career and feel that I am successful, but don't want to take life too seriously and miss out on anything because I work too hard or too much! Between my work schedule and spending time with friends on the weekend, it is often difficult to meet new people. I love my friends and my family and usually spend my free time going out to dinner and socializing with them. I couldn't be happier with my life and looking for my partner in crime to be part of it! I love attending sporting events, especially UGA Football games, Braves Games, Falcons games and The Masters. Overall, I love experiencing the city life, trendy restaurants and fine wine, but also can be just as happy eating junk food or trying out a hole in the wall type of place. I really feel like I am a mix of so many things. I am fun and outgoing, can dress up for a night out, but will jump onboard to go camping or roughing it for a weekend. I like sitting around a bonfire in the fall, lake days and attempting to wakeboard in the summer but I can also go for a good night at home on the couch with a home cooked meal and a glass of wine. I also love to stay in shape and do my best to live healthy while still enjoying my favorite guilty pleasures. I love country music and feel like every melody can portray a memory- live music, no matter the genre is the best! I love animals and have always had a dog by my side. My dog, Zeus is my best friend and his unconditional love warms my heart. With my family, friends and Zeus, I truly feel blessed and very fortunate in life so far. Creating lasting memories with those I love is what I live for in life. I am looking for a guy that knows who he is and knows what he wants out of life as well as in a significant other. I'm looking for someone that is well educated, comfortable in his own skin and sees himself as successful in a career that he enjoys. I'd like to meet someone that enjoys some of my interests but that also has interests of his own. I hope to find someone that likes sports and spending quality time with friends and family. I'm hoping to meet someone that likes trying new things and we can enjoy each others company doing whatever comes along. I'd like my guy to be able to handle a grill like a champ and any handy project that I need help with. I'd like a man that enjoys taking his girl out for a nice dinner, but just as happy with a home cooked meal and a night on the couch with a good bottle of wine and a movie. I'm active so would like to find someone that stays in shape as well, and enjoys a good balance between a healthy lifestyle and allowing for my sweet tooth and some junk food here and there. I want to learn to golf and play tennis...so if you've got skills or do it for fun, I'm ready to get on the course and the court!
