I would describe myself as a fun-loving adventurous type who loves to try new things! I'm not your average chicky...I love to watch sports, like to work with my hands, play sports...I guess I never grew out of the Tomboy stage in my life. Don't get me wrong, I can slap on a dress and be ready for an evening out on the town in no time. When I'm not working, I love to play golf, hang out at a bar or coffee shop and chat it up with friends, bowling, outdoors, dancing, catching a good movie...the list goes on. I'm a witty girl looking for someone I can enjoy many laughs with as well as be serious. I want someone who is fun-loving and good-natured like myself. I'd have to say that the whole dinner and a movie thing is overrated for a first date. I'd rather go grab some coffee or meet up and play some putt putt or go for a walk on a first date. The first date shouldn't be a long elaborate one as it allows you to see if there is a connection, but, no one has to feel obligated for a long evening ahead if that makes sense.

    Looking for a new way to meet people outside of the routines of life. I'm a Graphic Design Specialist Marketing Coordinator by trade and run a small design company on the side. I have two BFAs and a Minor but decided to back to school a years ago to purse an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Print Production, though working full-time might turn the AA degree into a long-term pursuit. I don't really describe myself very well on these things, so I guess I would do better at describing what I'd like in another person. Honesty and trust are crucial but aren't something that you find overnight...trust has to be earned on both sides over time. Family and future are also important. Family means everything to me and my desire to succeed comes from my desire to care for my family in the way that they deserve to be cared for. I'm not a perfectionist, but I try my best and love the same in others. I'm not looking for a one-night stand, so if that's your mission...please don't bother. While I am open to different types of guys I am not now nor will I ever be interested in a long-distance relationship. I've done it in the past and it's just not for me.....if you hate this town and can't wait to leave...we won't be a good match. Not saying I plan to be here forever but for now, I am comfortable here. I don't tend to get along well with people who insist on putting this city down, if you're unhappy in a place—be gone. I'm not a huge fan of negativity...you have to make the most of what you have and where you are...if you can't, then change it or accept it. Good sense of humor is also pretty important, with the world as crazy as it is if you aren't able to laugh at it or at yourself, then whats the point ?
