I guess I should start by saying that the whole concept of this online thing is new to me. To be honest, I find the idea kind of unnatural... But if you're so busy that you rarely go out and thus, don't have the opportunity to meet people, I suppose the online thing makes sense so I'll give it a shot. I have one child who is, rightfully, the center of my universe. However, unlike a typical girl, I'm not bat-sh*t crazy, high-maintenance or stuck-up. Nor do my sentences generally consist of, "Like... Oh my god... Right??" I'm pretty chill. I can keep up with the girls and roll with the boys. I grew up in Northern BC, so I'm not afraid of getting dirty and I can probably build a better fire than you can. In case you haven't noticed, I also have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor. I'm currently teaching myself to play guitar. I love hockey, cooking and music. I appreciate pretty much all music with the exception of country. I am not a Flames fan (Canucks & Oilers, all the way) and I absolutely DO NOT two-step. Nor am I interested in you teaching me how to.The things I value most are family, honesty and integrity. I appreciate someone who is intelligent, quick-witted, driven, self-sufficient, has a good sense of humor and doesn't take themselves too seriously. Improper spelling and poor grammar are a deal-breaker for me. As are crunchy hair, girl eyebrows and sparkly shirts. So d-bags need not apply. ** UPDATE: I do not hook up. So if that's your objective, please save me the "ur hot" messages. In return, you'll save yourself some time, energy and dignity. I'm sure there's some poor girl on here that will eat that sh*t up, but it's not me, pal :) A public place, in case you're a total weirdo and I have to yell "stranger danger" and run away.

I'm the kind of girl that likes to have fun but knows when to be serious too. I'm really into sports which means I'm always out there doing something. During winter you'll find me on the slops snowboarding or at the rink playing hockey. In summer time, I'll spend most of my time on the water, wakeboarding is my favorite....it's CRAZY !!!!!! I also like to rollerblade, play volleyball, play golf, go camping or just hang out with friends around a camp fire with some beers and a guitar !!!!From time to time I can be seen in a bar with some friends but nowadays I'd rather be in a house party having fun with my friends than in a bar where you can barely hear each other. BBQ parties are the best !!!!! I can calm down and watch a movie or have a nice meal in a great restaurant too.I must say that most of the time I live my life the hardest and 24h in day is not enough for me...ask my friends...they know what I'm talking about; ) What I do for living....I used to work construction...I know, it's out or the ordinary but eh...why be the same as others !?!?!
