About Me

I am a single mom with a 15yr old son... and above all else I am very proud of the amazing young man that he is developing into :-) My son has always lived with me full time, and is of course the #1 priority in my life. I try to expose my son to as many positive influences as possible so I am looking for someone to spend time with who is upbeat, positive, and enjoys children, even though mine is spending alot less time with his mom... therefore here I am learning to date again :-). As for myself... I am a very focused, independent, responsible, loyal, strong, secure, reliable, and brutally honest person, lol, I think about covers all the important stuf... :-) So as for the being honest portion... I guess I may also have to admit to being a bit persistent at times, occasionally slightly stubborn, dry sense of humor possibly sarcastic, a little obnoxious, and enjoy fun, friendly competition. If its not obvious, I love to smile, laugh and have fun, feel most comfortable in the company of people who smile freely. Love to travel, spend time outdoors, explore new places, adventures etc... Value spending as much time as possible with family and friends. I was married for a very short time and have been divorced for 18 yrs. I made the decision not to date while my son was growing up, I focused on working, buying a home and providing a stable secure environment for my son to grow up in.
