I am back dating after a long relationship (finalizing my divorce within the month) and I am having a lot of fun but what is up with all of the texting?! Doesn't anyone pick up the phone anymore?! Seriously though, I am really looking forward to meeting some new people here, make some new friends and who knows maybe even meet someone special again. I really enjoy getting out and doing things on the weekends; love to go to wineries, explore new parts of DC, go to movies, concerts...at the same time I love a good night in cooking at home, hanging out in a pub, and just relaxing. I play pool badly and cannot bowl to save my life but I still like to try! I work in financial services but my true passion (other than my two kids) is writing, literature and art. I am usually reading two books at once, love to draw, and enjoy pretty much every type of music (I can't get into Country though I have to admit - maybe that's a challenge for someone?
