I have been working as a freelance proofreader/editor for the past four years. I absolutely adore it but am looking for something more; I know I do not want to edit books for the rest of my life. I have some health problems that affect most aspects of my life. I do not let any of them bring me down, but they do make even the most basic daily activities (like opening a jar, getting dressed, et cetera) more challenging sometimes.
