Thanks for reading my profile. Growing up in that area of the country has given me a good work ethic and a down to earth, non-pretentious attitude. I like nice things, but I am not into labels and material possessions. I spend my time and money on vacations, fun experiences and good food and wine. I am close with my family and have some really great friends. I'm low key, no drama and like to laugh, be silly and of course have a good time. I can be serious and analytical at times, but I try to keep that to a minimum. It's just not fun!!!I work in sales, but I definitely work to live, not live to work. In my free time I like to travel, cook, swim, walk the greeway with my dog, ride my bike, work around my house, read, relax, watch movies, pamper myself, volunteer my time, have dinner in or out with friends and go to the Y for pilates or yoga. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking weekend road trips to the beach or the mountains. I'm definitely more of a mountain person. I also like going to the movies, theater or sporting events. I am a BIG fan of traveling. I have learned so much from my international travel and it definitely has made me enjoy the simple things in life.Have you seen the movie On Golden Pond? I love nature and being on the water. Someday I would like to live a quiet peaceful life with my man, hopefully a family and a couple dogs. I love animals and plan to always have them around. I am a professional and act appropriately in any situation I encounter. I can do a lot of things myself, but does not mean I wouldn't like help sometimes. I am not materialistic and enjoy life as it comes. A person needs to be happy with what they have, no matter how little or much it costs. It should only matter to YOU what you have. I don't need a man in my life to make me happy because I love my life. However, it would be wonderful to have someone to share exciting, sad, memorable etc moments. Telling yourself how amazing something is okay, but does not quite cut it. LOL. Having someone to compliment me not complete me. Being a volunteer at church has been an amazing experience. Spending time with Senior Citizens at Christmas was a wonderful feeling.
