I'm only a small pain in the ass. I love to laugh, but haven't in awhile. I'm a mom with no kids in the nest I have 2 grown children ***the other 18, not looking for a daddy they have their own. I am a creative person who loves to paint, I'm not much of a talker until I get to know ya. My body may be 41 but I am not, I love being goofy, I swear I'm in my 20's. I'm not an old soul as some may call themselves, I feel like this is my first time out. If I could choose my generation it would be now when everything for a teenager is free or back in the 60's when free love, pot and great music were at the forefront. So much freedom in both generations, its a hard pick. I'm proud of my children Feel there options for there futures are wide open . I was not so lucky. I need a back rub and a cuddle.I need some laughter up in this *****I've been thinking about what I want.I want a friend companion and lover all rolled into one smokable hottieI want a man that will smile at me and mean it,I want wet sloppy kisses, I want to hold hands like old people.“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,Love like you'll never be hurt,Sing like there's nobody listening,And live like it's heaven on earth.” ? William W. PurkeyI never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A small bird will drop frozen dead from a boughwithout ever having felt sorry for itself.D. I had writers block when it came to write about myself. So, I consorted a few people to see how they would described me. Brave, huh? First, my mom said, "You are smart, kind and a bit too trusting of others. You need to learn how to spot a "lemon" when presented with one." lol... thanks, mom. I thought lemons were cars like the Yugo? That must be why I am here. Thanks for the tip!! My best friend said, "You are a crack up, but you need to be better at picking out the jerks!!" Harsh, but true. My new friend Heather ***years young) said, "You are a weirdo. You are soo stinking funny and have a kind heart. I can't believe you are going to try online dating! Good luck, you will need it." With that I learned.... um, nothing really. Just had fun asking. ;) In my opinion...I am very kind, trusting, goofy, clever and like to do special things for the people I care about. I am secure, happy, confident and a bit mischievous. I love movies, alternative rock music and hanging out with "friends and family." No, I did not steal that term from Verizon. :o) There are many things I have not tried yet. I am working on correcting that. Who knows? Maybe, golf is fun? I love going to Dodger games and tailgating.! I am looking to meet a man that is confident, happy, secure, funny, attractive and has a nice smile. Is this you? lol Good luck fishing. ;) Coffee or a drink. Somewhere public and casual. If there is chemistry, we can go from there.

I couldn't come up with a headline for a dating website... This is one I've seen and I use it for me. I'm not an adrenaline junkie, but I try to keep pushing myself forward. Please be down to earth. Please be able to laugh, even at yourself. I'm a bit self-deprecating so... Some of the best jokes are at the expense of me or one of my friends. I can not live without music or books. I have loads of CDs and the vinyl I managed to salvage from my mother's house... The bag I carry with me tends to weigh a ton because of the books I always have tucked away in it... I don't know the first thing about a nook, etc.. I need to be able to turn the pages as I read...I like going out to eat or a concert or whatever, but I really, really like being able to be comfortable with someone hanging at home too. A night of a movie on the couch is great. Naps are good too. Silence that is comfortable... That can be a big thing.I get focused on things and want to learn about them (muscle cars), but I guess most people are like that? I'm dying of jealousy because one of my closest friends is about to buy a ***Studebaker Hawk... I love the color red (obviously), I'm kind of particular about my coffee, I have a notebook that I write down quotes I come across and love, I ran around like a maniac tomboy as a kid and have fallen out of more trees than I can count, I tend to stick pens in my hair and then wander around the rest of the day wondering what I've done with them all, I never get tired of the sound of the ocean, I like learning to do things for myself (apartment stuff, car stuff, etc.), it makes me feel constructive to be covered in mud, etc. after a day of physical labor....I completed a Bachelor's in Philosophy before going back to school for sciences and Veterinary Medicine (completed in Europe). Also took literature courses when I could fit them in. I'm born and bred in NYC. But now I'm definitely rambling... Drinking something? Coffee? Going somewhere that I can actually hear you speak?
