I dig someone with a quick wit, engaging smile, outgoing personality...and if he is outrageously handsome, I am one lucky girl! :)Looking for a respectful man that has all his ducks in a row...are you out there? :) If you dig country music, you get bonus points! Don't be shy...send me a message! :)

Happy to be home again... I have two grown kids, and a one year old grandson here. I have been divorced since ***, and ready for a relationship after a good and healthy period of singleness to figure some things out. I'm active and hit the gym a few times a week. I love to cook and entertain, and have cuddly animals to keep me company. Travel is something I'd like to do more of. I'm a warm weather girl and long for tropical destinations. That said, I'm also adventurous and would like to find someone to explore with. I like the outdoors, and enjoy getting into the mountains or finding a nice bike trail. I also really enjoy spending time in my yard gardening or just laying by my pool. I get out to a pub once in awhile, but am not into clubbing (though I love going to listen to live music). I like a good book, back yard cook outs and hanging out with close friends and family. I'm loyal, honest, and expect the same. Not into games or drama. Dinner, drinks, or coffee and good conversation.

What was it that Whitesnake said...."Here I go again on my own ;)" (There's an 80's reference in case you didn't catch it ***of my favorite songs from that era) So here's me in a nutshell. I'm a nut! ha ha. I have old fashioned values while living a modern lifestyle. I'm independent and have been for awhile, I work full time, own my own home and car and take care of my bills, but I love a man stepping up and being a man. Is it too much to ask for a man to be a gentleman anymore. Would love to see if there are any left out there. This is your challenge, should you choose to accept it. Make a move and I'm flattered, plan the date and I'm giddy, go in for the first kiss when the feeling is there and "HELLO".....Love It!!I'm goofy in that I love dressing up at the Renaissance Festival, will NEVER miss a halloween to dress up for and love being fun, creative and enjoying life. Yes! I said mild.....sorry. I'm a wimp. Take me dancing and you found a weakness of mine, skiing is right around the corner (I already have a pass, just need someone to go with) and who doesn't love snuggling up on the couch with a movie and some kettle corn popcorn with peanut M & Ms poured right in. Love going with my 86 yr old neighbor to play poker. I love going to Thrift Shops (yep..with $20 in my pocket) and see what I can find. I do try to have fun no matter what I'm doing really.I think some of you are taking this "Online" dating too seriously. Do any of you actually want to go outside and have an "In Person" Date. ha ha.. I'm pretty set on messaging, texting, meeting. If all I wanted was to chat on the computer or texting, I'd join the prisoner pen-pal program. Let's meet. Isn't that the point of this whole thing. If you're ready to step up and rise to the challenge, well....then.... Did you see the note above about making the move ;) What are you waiting for? Well we all know the good ole standby's. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
