That being said, sipping coffee with friends or an awesome book (likely a mystery) is still a big deal in my world. In my spare time, I am trying my hand at drawing; it is a hoot, especially when the very specific human subject somehow looks like an alien by the time I’m finished drawing. Post-rationalization is a wonderful thing though: “of course that was my intention all along.”). I am curious about things. I can get stuck on the minutiae which will completely engross me. I like learning and peanut butter but not shopping. Although I don’t live near my family, I am close to them. I was about to describe myself as a "geek" for the describe-myself-in-single-word, but then I remembered the original historical meaning of a geek is someone who bites heads off chickens...and decided that was not me. Nerd perhaps, but definitely not a geek. (You can use that tidbit of info for your next trivial pursuit night party.). But I digress...Who are you? Maybe you have dry wit and a sense of the absurd. You are confident. You like being outdoors and are keen for spontaneous adventures big or small. You are perhaps energetic yet laid-back. But really, I can simply say you are interesting.     ***Well here goes.....I am recently single from a year long relationship. I then did something I never do. I allowed a mutual friend to set me up. Her exact words were, "He's such a nice guy and extremely funny. I can honestly say it was one of the best and most heartbreaking experiences I've ever endured. LOL So far I've learned that everyday of your life must be lived to the fullest, life is about smiling, laughing, and crying. Life is about making the most of what u have and what your given. It's about keeping relationships and losing them. Life is about falling in love and losing someone you do love. Life was given to us as a challenge, and its not easy, but you have to try and meet that challenge and make the most of it while you can because you don't actually know when it will be your turn to lay down to rest. You only have one shot at life, so make sure you take it with both hands and squeeze every little drop out of it you can.Happy Fishing, wear your floaties so you don't drown...watch out for the eels they might bust the floaties. ;) Perhaps Fishing? It would give us the opportunity to talk and keep your hands busy. ;)I'm kidding of course. Perhaps a leisurely stroll?
