Chiropractor by trade and Self-proclaimed geek, but I have found through much life experience that I hardly fit into one mold. I thoroughly enjoy helping people heal naturally, even if I am still starving while trying to build my own business. I get by, but If I had any extra money I'd use it to travel, and a trip to Japan is at the top of my list. Sushi and Ramen are comfort foods for me, and as a foodie I enjoy all kinds of food, and will try anything, except tomatoes. I HATE tomatoes. I'm health conscious and try to eat well and exercise, even if I do get lazy and enjoy medium rare burger and a good beer now then now and then. I'm not a camping type of girl, but I enjoy a good hike or a football game, specifically a Steelers game. On the coffee vs tea debate, you can find me quietly enjoying hot cuppa tea, trust me, you do not want to see me on caffeine. When it's just kitty and I at home alone, I have a tendency to break out into song and dance to entertain us both. After a stressful day you can find me in the kitchen trying out a new recipe or baking up something tasty. Sarcasm is second nature to me and I'm not offended by a dirty joke, so bring it on. If you decide you'd like to get to know me better, I promise on fish fingers and custard we'll have a good time : ) The only requirements are that there must be food and you must make me laugh. Dinner and a movie is always a classic, as long as it's not a chain restaurant and dinner comes before the movie, that way we know there will be at least one topic to start that inevitably awkward first date conversation. I've also always enjoyed the idea of going on a hike and having a small picnic lunch or attending a local festival or going to a place like Dave & Buster's where we can play some games together.

My idea of a great day would be to wake up and go for a jog or walk along the bay with my dog Rascal, grab a delicious lunch, then for the afternoon perhaps venture out to Balboa Park or back to the beach, to be followed by dinner which should include a healthy glass of red wine. During the week I work a regular ***job so I try to get my activities in before or after work..... yes I said before work, so I can be an early riser at times but I love to sleep in on Sundays. I like to keep an active lifestyle but can definitely appreciate a lazy day (or two). I'm from an average size family but we are all extremely close and I enjoy spending time with them. My dog Rascal, aka little mans, is my BFF! He's the best decision I've made and if he doesn't like you then I don't like you. Other interests would include going to the movies, reading, generally being social, trying new sports and being active. Look, I have an extra few pounds but I'm a really active girl looking to become even more active and lose those extra lbs. If you're looking for a full time barbie I'm not your girl. I'm looking for someone who will be a friend, motivator when I need it, and lover. You must be a man who is both strong but can be tender, intelligent but doesn't find joy in making others feel stupid, has a sense of humor but can be serious, has an appreciation for fine things but materialistic things don't run their lives.... I'm not looking for perfection by any means! Small gestures go a long way. Must Haves: loves dogs, being active, wine, trying new restaurants, exploring/traveling, family oriented, honest, will take me out dancing (doesn't have to dance the entire time but will dance with me - I'm not a good dancer ha!), can carry on a conversation with me and others, adventurous, and intelligent.Hell Nos! A little about me as a person I love movies...I'll watch anything but flat out horror. Even then I'm curious but I am too much of a chicken to actually watch any of it. I'm told I have bad taste in movies I guess if you want you could be the judge of that. I mean really who doesn't like police academy or teenage mutant ninja turtles or SPACEBALLS? I love going to the beach but I'm terrified of the water (go figure). I love wine and beer tasting. I'm also a light weight. I am NOT dramma free (girls who say they are...ARE LYING) I have my baggage just like the rest of the world. I just choose to not let it rule me. Everyone has drama. It's just how you react to it. I love baseball above all sports however I love going to sporting events. I love camping (as long as there's showers). And going out to concerts. But baseball is my element. I'm looking for someone who will treat me right but isn't a push over. I believe a man should open doors for his lady.,.I'm sort of old fashion like that. Honestly going out to play pool is a favorite 1st date choice of mine. It gives you space at 1st and if we click a way to comfortably flirt. Dinner you feel awkward and stuck.
