Ok, so my about me needed to be seriously updated:First off, I'm no Barbie, I have the body of a mother, and if that's all you will accept then by all means don't bother reading on. I am a Christian and i go to church when i can....my work schedule for the past few years has not allowed such luxuries often. I am a mother! To me, he is amazing, do not judge him for his hyperactiveness. I am a nurse, I am happiest caring for people. What kind of person do you think you are? What kind of person do I think I am? I think I'm a good person, if someone asks me for help I'm usually there without hesitation. I would give the people I love the shirt off my back if they needed it. I truly enjoy doing things for other people and i have no expectations of repayment. I love to make people happy. I am not thin, but i am not lazy either. I work out and I eat healthy....most of the time. I do not lift weights, but I do walk and do palates. I am very close to my family, I love them very much. Family is more than blood! I do not believe that God created just one person for us, but I do believe that if we find someone who compliments us, we should spend our lives trying to make God proud. I will add more later, but if you have any questions please feel free to ask. My only rule is that any comments or questions you have will stay appropriate. I have no desire to tell you my cup size, what I'm wearing or anything else perverted like that. All i am looking for is someone who doesn't expect me to support them, I've done that all my life with ex's, my mom, my brother. I'm looking for a Christian man who can lead his family in the Christian way. Someone who isn't going to cheat on me just because I've given them my trust. Someone who won't treat my son like the "step" child. If you get me, you get my son too. My decisions will always be based on what is best for him. What will allow him to grow up and be a respectful man, not a womanizer. I want someone who is fun, but in a wholesome way.....like hiking, bowling, fishing, playing Dominoes or cards, not whose idea of fun is getting plastered every night. I also enjoy a man who can spell, know the differences between the same word spelled differently, and can hold a normal conversation. I don't like to talk about politics though, someone always gets upset. hmmmm....first date?? I think my ideal first date would have to be somewhere public, with no alcohol involved, maybe a movie...then dinner...that way you have something to start the conversation at dinner...yup, movie first. :) BTW I like action, fantasy, comedy, and romance...unfortunately as cool as I try to be, I'm still a sucker for a romance and the girl gets the guy of her dreams

I like to think I am a well balanced nerd. On the practical side I am a high school English teacher. I also work a part time at the outlet mall off of I-40. I own my own home, and I like to garden. I have three dogs and a cat. I like to cook and bake when I have the energy. I make a mean cupcake. I'm not particularly athletic. In high school I was in theater and choir and dance. I did a little dance in college too.I am kind of a nerd according to my students. I watch Doctor Who, play some video games when I have the time, and read sci-fi/ fantasy books when I have the free time. I don't do online gaming, but I do own a PS3 and am looking forward to the PS4. I love the Firefly series and movie. I used to work renaissance fairs in college and high school. I am crafty, I make stuff and sell it on etsy and I sometimes do conventions and craft fairs with my stuff.I don't follow sports, but I can talk about football, basketball, and baseball. I do occasionally enjoy a good game of football. I like hip hop, rock, some metal, dub step, country, and show tunes. On average I listen to pop/rock. I watch just about every kind of movie. I love horror and action but I'm a girl and so romantic comedy does own a little piece of me. I'm kind of picky about my comedy, I don't do stupid comedy. I did however love Waiting and most other Jim Carrey movies.I generally only drink socially or if I have a really bad day. I don't have a problem with it, I just don't for some reason. I own a hookah but have never been to a hookah bar. Always wanted to, but never have. I don't smoke anything else and never have. I like going out to movies,art walks, and shopping. My favorite food is Asian, specifically sushi of all kinds. I am not a club scene kind of girl. While I like them for specific occasions and parties I don't think they are good for first dates. Something quiet with culture or that shows your personality would be amazing . Maybe dinner at a fun restaurant and then like a jazz bar, or fun quirky dessert shop then drinks. I am a bit of a hopeless romantic so there is that. Really I just want originality and effort. Even if the service sucks, and the food is burned, and the speakers blow out, if it is obvious you put in effort that's all that really matters to me.
