About Me

At some point I'll fill this out once more. I'm looking for something that hopefully leads to long-term. Not interested in anything temporary/self-gratifying (ie:fwb, f-buddies, etc). I love music (not a country or rap fan). Love to spend time outdoors (snowboarding, swimming, just generally love being outdoors). I attend church on a fairly regular basis and am active within my church (bible studies, etc).     I could tell you everything about myself, but I would rather just say some basics and have you discover everything else later. First, goals are really important to me, and I have worked really hard to meet mine. I recently got my first teaching job, and I am really excited about it! I would hope you would find meeting your goals important as well. I am probably very different from most people on this site, but hopefully I can find someone with similar hopes and dreams. I am more of a homebody than anything, but I do like to go out sometimes. I am new to this area so knowing where to go is hard. I would love to have someone show me. Back home I loved hanging out with my friends and would occasionally have a night out with the girls. However, most of the time I enjoyed hanging out with them at my house our theirs: around the pool during the summer or around a campfire as as the weather gets colder. Hopefully someone with similar interests will see this and be willing to take a chance. You never know what might happen if you don't try :)

    My daughter is almost 5 and she's my entire world. I love it here, but I miss home and visit often. I have made some friends here, but not many. I love to bake and be creative in the kitchen, especially with my daughter. Most of the things I do in my off time revolve around her, so I spend most of my free time playing soccer, taking her fun places and shopping. I could say I love hiking, camping and a whole list of other things I used to do but haven't in years. :) I'm looking for someone who understands the life of a single parent. Good luck fishing. :)
