I am an active, young-minded woman who is 3 years out of a very long marriage. I have a great career, wonderful friends and an amazing adult married daughter.I want to meet interesting men with hopes of eventually finding my forever person. I am not looking for a 20 something year old friend, or a hook up. I like attention, but I am not needy. I have a sense of humor and LOVE to laugh. I have no anger towards past relationships and believe that forgiveness is essential in order for someone to move forward. I am a Christian and my faith is an important part of my life.I am a decent, NORMAL woman...and yes my photos are current (most taken in the past few months)....that seems to be a problem with some women I hear. lol A good first date is meeting somewhere quiet enough to talk while having coffee or a drink

Hello to those reading this. I love animals, nature, and doing relaxing things on weekends such as hiking or canoeing followed by eating at a local spot. Staying in and watching a great movie while snuggling on the sofa also never gets old. I like the city but I'm a country girl at heart. Other things that I like to do are going to places like flea markets, fairs, music festivals. Touring historic homes or sites are fun, or just walking up a street of nice or old homes - trying to decide which one I would pick if given the choice. I am currently volunteering with an animal adoption group and the county tricentennial anniversary group. I would to find someone to share the fun times of life with (and sometimes not so fun), a person who shares at least some of my interests - someone who could be a true best friend. If you choose to contact me, please have a picture - we're all in the same boat! Thanks, and best of luck with your searching. Besides the standard meeting for a drink, which can be really nice or really awkward(!), I think meeting at a place like a mall or flea market can be an option as it gives you lots to talk about as you walk around, get to learn each others tastes, and you don't have to be staring at each other the whole time (assuming it's that awkward date!). However, meeting for a drink always works as well. As we all know - it's the chemistry that really counts...

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Capricorn.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-62
I just move here and am stilll finding my way around. I want to get out and meet people and go places. I want to live my life not sit in rocking chair. I hate players so if all your looking for is to see how many women you can get to chat with you, i am not interested. I love going out and doing things but its not much fun by myself. I like to dance, kereoke, work with my hands, stroll, museums, movies, country music, the zoo, fishing, camping, ect. when its nice out and i'm odd work i want to be doing something even if its driving in the mountians. (i don't drive in the snow). I am looking for someone to share the rest of my life with but don't want to get married again or even move in. Girls just wanted have fun! A relationship takes time, i've had enough of the rushing into things. So I will not be in your bed on the second date. I know some of this makes me sound harsh, but thats ok . I'm old enough that I know what I want and not afraid to say so. I work second and swing shifts so its hard for me to meet people. So give me hollor.
